The app wouldn’t allow to end the ride and I had to keep the scooter for an hour longer than what I needed because ride will not end although I had returned it at a designated spot and I was charged thrice the amount of what I had to actually pay. Uber ride would have been cheaper and faster for what I needed! Irresponsive customer care too. Tried raising tickets and calling them to return the scooter but got no response back and I had to wait till the app responded!

Requires you to have credits to ride, $10 min. First ride $4.80, my second ride I thought hey I have credit, it forced me to pay another $10 to ride. Second ride $4.25. I would have taken a 3rd ride but you are required to park at designated spots, there are only 4 places you can park the scooter. Very inconvenient. Now I have a $10 credit which I won’t use. Total scam!

Absolutely terrible and very inconvenient. Had to add $10 just to ride and ended up having to walk a mile anyway because you have to park these in very specific spots.
