I enjoyed every bit of your services but I still don't know why I have to pay for every single text message I send I hope something is done to make the service 100% good for the user and make them feel comfortable why using the services

They try to charge you after offering a free trial on top of that the number doesn’t even work. These reviews are fake DO NOT USE TextApp.

How you gotta pay $49 a full year and on top of that I gotta pay minutes

Why do we need to buy points after purchasing your app

I was searching for a “Free Text app” and downloaded this one, when opening it ain’t free, only 3 day free trial then pay … so this is not free “NOR FREE TEXT APP”

I did a 3 day trial and I cancelled and I was charged 49.99 and I was still not able to get access to TextApp I tried getting a refund via apple and it was denied TextApp is scamming and taking from people and not getting them have access to TextApp after paying for it. This is a horrible app

I downloaded it but cannot get a phone number. I select country and try to put area code prefix and the search button brings up about 10 numbers without my area code to pick from. I tried a few times to get a few different area codes and the same 10 phone numbers appear to pick from I do not know what area these phone numbers are located. It is not numbers from the area code in my area. There are a bunch of area codes to chose from, but only 10 numbers left for me to chose from without a local area code I picked.I tried uninstalling and reinstalling TextApp . I still cannot get a local phone number.

I deleted TextApp after signing up for the free trial because even though it says it works with my phone l, it really doesn’t. Not in any kind of useable way. I went to subscriptions to cancel the free trial so I didn’t get billed when the free period was over and it didn’t appear anywhere...not until it billed me for a subscription I can’t use and took my last 8 dollars. I want a refund for the subscription. I never used the the service because it doesn’t work and I canceled the subscription right away once it actually showed up. I think that whole free trial doesn’t show up as a subscription until after your billed is a poor practice by apple and should be changed. Gimme my money back please kind sirs and or madams.

Just purchased app on my new phone and keeps telling me to contact customer service to log into app on the phone I don’t have anymore. I have the subscription and won’t let me use it so I canceled it. It’s an awful customer service cus sends the same message over and over to contact customer service and then say contact them later and they will take a look and then the same message ~ complete wast of time !!!! Awful app!!!

I was downloading TextApp so I can talk to people because my iPhone won’t let me for some reason and I opened TextApp first thing was the number I picked my number next was the payment I declined it then I was going to text ___ then I pressed send I still had to pay can y’all please make it to how we don’t have to pay just to text that’s how you know they asking for money

I paid the 7.99 for the month and when I was trying to text my client, the text wouldn’t go thru without paying 2.00 for a 100 points to use text message. What is the 7.99 for if you have to keep paying for points to use text? Hard pass

You have to pay monthly subscription AND pay $3 to send 100 texts. Trash.

HAHAHA updating my review since the developer decided to respond: This is very much a scam! They will try to make you pay for a “subscription“ and make you sign up for something all together under the false pretenses that there is a free trial before the subscription - meaning you could cancel before the subscription came into place. I was charged $7.99 immediately the day of with no indication a free trial was ever put in place. Ya done goofed responding cause I’ll write a ten page dissertation on how you guys ripped me off.
