My boyfriend and I got LiveStatus because we thought it would be a cute way to keep up with each other throughout the day. It was great in the beginning, even when you had to pay for most of the statuses we still just selected the free options. But now we have a pet on LiveStatus that we literally cannot keep alive. They give you one resource a day that barely fills up the health bars. You have to pay for resources and you can only watch one ad a day to receive resources. I understand that monetization is a big thing, but there should at least but a way to keep your pet alive and healthy without spending money. Even if that means watching additional ads, it’s honestly crazy that you have a limit on the amount of ads you can watch when all other apps have unlimited ad watching options. LiveStatus genuinely leaves you no choice but you spend money on it, which I’m not interested in doing. I just hate watching my pet suffer.

We have had issues with our chats even submitted a feedback and still nothing had changed then this morning I go to check it and nothing is loading and then I get logged out and everytime I tried to login it would say there is no host name in the servers under my email tbh I’ve just given up on trying to login and I’m not getting any response from administration about the issues and my gf said that LiveStatus messes up a ton so I’m just gonna give this a 1 star

My gf and I use LiveStatus regularly since we are long distance. I love LiveStatus itself. However, about half or more of the time when I go to use LiveStatus , a screen pops up to “Add widget to Lock Screen” and it WILL NOT GO AWAY unless if I close LiveStatus and try to get around it. It’s fine if you want to suggest that, but i don’t want to do that and there is no exit button so I am forced to restart and have to see another ad. Please change this, and I will happily update my review.

It drains my battery completely a couple times if i don’t kill LiveStatus . When i check the battery status is settings, it said LiveStatus is constantly running in background and listening to my audio. Very CREEPY and INVASION OF PRIVACY !😬 read the TERMS AND SERVICES “While we’re not required to do so, we may access, review, screen, and delete your content at any time and for any reason”😱😱😱

That pet feature is just ridiculous. As many have said, there’s no way to keep it alive or happy without paying money - not even ad watching is good enough! And then you get notifications about how your pet is upset or sad. And there’s no way to delete the pet either. It makes an otherwise great app just unbearable to deal with because it’s such an obvious money grab.

I used LiveStatus with my boyfriend and friends and loved it, used it everyday multiple times a day. Now i look and i have to pay 2.99 or so a month to use half of the status options that i have been using for free . It shouldn't cost money to put a status on someones lock screen. I’ll probably find another one of the widget apps and just use those because they are free and do the exact same thing LiveStatus does.

LiveStatus is overall really cool but they give you no choice but to neglect your pet. Each day you receive 1 item to care for your pet in each area of necessity, but it’s never enough to satisfy it even if both you and your partner care for it everyday. Basically they want you to pay for more items for the pet and it takes the enjoyment away and makes you feel guilty. I get notifications from our pet saying “I’m so hungry my tummy hurts” or “I’m so thirsty I went away to look for water” really sad stuff tbh. I wish they would let you properly care for the pet instead of using it to guilt trip you into paying

I have an issue happening to where I cant find your app in my widget menu. Even when I search it up nothing shows. I cant use your app without adding the widget to my screen. I was really really excited to use LiveStatus for me and my partner. But I'm disappointed because it wont even let meuse LiveStatus until I add the widget, and I cant find a way to add the widget to my home screen :(

Used LiveStatus for a few months and absolutely adored it, however all of a sudden it’s stopped working. I’m not sure what’s up, we’ve both updated LiveStatus and it’s still showing some odd message and nothing will send. I hope it can be fixed, until then we’ll have to move to another app.

LiveStatus has you pay for all this exclusive stuff that makes ur experience so much cooler? Yet it’s 20 a month for just some extra features? I wish I could customize what I see in my Lock Screen widget. Or more expansive options for communicating. But the lack of customization is what really set in stone that I will probably uninstall and ask for a refund

I am able to get the large preview at the bottom of my lock screen but the small widget under the time on my iPhone is not available form the list of widgets. I can’t use LiveStatus without getting past the add to Lock Screen instructions

I mean it’s a good concept but i didn’t get to experience it at all because the widget would not show up as an option to add to my Lock Screen. My phone is up to date on the software updates and Everything but I can’t add the widget. What am I supposed to do?

super fun super great idea me and my boyfriend love it; i just really dislike that i have to have a widget on my LOCKED screen to be able to access LiveStatus all together even tho i already have a widget placed on my HOME screen, not sure about how this effects my battery usage either but plz fix this i really like LiveStatus 🙏🏻

I have had LiveStatus for a long time and it’s been very good in my opinion. Me and my partner got it and now we just use it for the pet we have. It was really great until a bug happened and we both couldn’t get in. That was fixed eventually but now recently, I haven’t been able to do anything in LiveStatus . Every time I open it, it loads then says “your request has been timed out”. It’s really annoying and I don’t know why it’s only me. I’ve tried sending feedback but it won’t even let me do that. It’s annoying and please get it fixed soon, if you can.

We both have iPhone 13 Pro maxes. My boyfriend is on 17.4 beta and I am on the 16.6 update. The Lock Screen widget will only work for my boyfriend, showing both his and my status, while mine doesn’t work. Sometimes it will have my status but has not yet showed his status in the widget.

The widgets that are supposed to be on the lockscreen wallpaper do not appear for me. I do not know why this is happening. I even tried to go to my settings on my phone and I tried going to wallpaper in the settings and the option is not there no matter what I do. I mainly got LiveStatus for the Lock Screen widget so me and my sister can use it. Please help. I have an iPhone 13 and it’s on the 16.3 update right now so I’m not sure why it isn’t working. Help me please.l!

It’s really good but how can we change the “ lover “ it’s really confusing, my friend and I tried it but we’re trying to change who can see the our live status in their phone but where can I take my partner right now on live status and change it into another person that can see my live status

I really like LiveStatus , so does my wife, but I would love to see more emotions added for an example I would love to set my status to mellow, calm or relaxed if we can get those added, then I would be able to change my 4 star to a 5 star

I would say it has some potential, but it seems like a newer app that the bugs need to be fixed. My boyfriend did buy the lifelong subscription and so did I which was $100 each. I would still say the subscriptions are better than if it was billed monthly.

I wish they had a place to see miles not just kilometers. I can’t feed the dog without LiveStatus shutting down. And to feed it the steak is called “meet” not “meat”.

LiveStatus is fun with sending pictures that can go on your significant others Lock Screen and sharing your mood. They don’t have too too many but some premiums are really cute like rose or lick.

I feel like as a premium user you should get like a coin every other day or something to use more of the different features or else why did I spend $100?

I love LiveStatus but im just confused on one thing, on my lock screen i want it to show my partner but it shows “friends”. I also need some help on how i can put my status on my lock screen and their lock screen.

It’s a very good app and very fun, I stopped using it for awhile though cause I forgot about it so I deleted LiveStatus and now it’s using my location after I deleted it, I redownloaded it turned off all the things it allowed, turned off my location services entirely, even deleted my account entirely, but it’s still using my location despite all of that, if there’s something I accidentally skipped over while reading the terms and services or privacy policies I would like to know please and thank you.

I love Thai app sooo much but I would like to ask if you could put cleaning, sleeping, and reading is all I really want ! Because I thought it would be a good thing for everyone. I really enjoy it either way! Great app!

LiveStatus has been really fun and we’ve had a great time taking care of our pet. Although, last night LiveStatus randomly timed out and displayed a message saying “A server with the specified host name could not be found.” I updated it, still didn’t work. My partner is also having the same problem, so I'm assuming it was a bug with LiveStatus . Woke up this morning and the problem is still there. Our pet is definitely on it’s last leg now, hoping you can fix this before it’s too late for our pet!

Alright… I like LiveStatus. It is fun to use and can be really easy to communicate. Although there is a slight problem with the ads, it doesn’t load when your trying to use something for example: the “put your name in your crushes poll”. I would really like if you guys could fix this! Thanks and great app!!!👍

I like LiveStatus , though I wish we could pick what friend we want in the widget. Maybe I dont know how to do it, but for me both of the widgets on my screen change to whoever sent me a picture. It would be nice if I could choose a friend and only their pics/status would show up in that widget. Also, sorry if there’s any grammar mistakes english is my second language.

Mostly have a question, would LiveStatus with the premium be able to tell me the content or the type of app they are using with live status? For example if my partner was on tinder or is watching porn?

I got LiveStatus with my boyfriend and it was great but lots of things costed money and it started glitching I don’t recommend using it just use live360 or Snapchat and share live location and find my phone I wanted LiveStatus to show music and show my location for my safety but it failed and costs money

It is just like Snapchat except j don’t think it’s a social media but it allows you to send pics with messages just like Snapchat does! It’s called live status and I think its awesome! I would definitely consider getting LiveStatus and start messaging now!

It’s super cute and fun to draw little drawings to my boyfriend but I can’t get anything on my Lock Screen. It doesn’t show anything but boxes.

I love LiveStatus. It really helped my boyfriend and me feel connected during a long distance period we had recently. However the only thing that annoys me about LiveStatus is that every now and then it’s forced me to add the widget to my home/Lock Screen even when it’s already there. And LiveStatus becomes unusable for a minute because it’s only motive is to force you to add the widget to your screen.

Please stop that

I love LiveStatus, it lets u send statuses with pretty much anyone and they’re so cute!! my bae hand draws hers and I do too and just seeing new statuses just makes me so happy! + it’s a widget! Download!!!

I love LiveStatus but, I don’t know how to get my status on my Lock Screen like is there a button or something? I’m really confused plz help

I use the free version and yes it's limited things I can do with my bf but it's still really nice and fun sending eachother little notes on our homescreen highly recommend

Wish those was free bcs it doesn’t make sense that the battery percentage is a pro feature but I love LiveStatus it’s super good🫶🏻

I only have 1 complaint that it’s kind of confusing to get in and like invite friends but other all everything is so cool so fun now I don’t have to worry about my Bestie not like answering me on time

I love LiveStatus so much it has so many features I love that I can text my friends and invite friends to join me in LiveStatus it is so much fun but I do wish I could video chat with my friends on it but over all I love it so much😁.

I tried using phone number and the message never showed! Devs please fix this! I could not use apple either because my system is glitchy and cannot do apple sign ins on apps. Fix it please! 🙏

Me and my long distance bestie started using this recently and it really helped with our communication. A lot of the things are free and there is just the right amount of stuff that requires money. That way you it isn’t completely useless without money. 10/10 would recommend
