No support or demo for English language?

We have reached out to the software developer 3 times with no response and attended what was supposed to be an online demonstration in English (despote signing up for the demo in English). While it seems like a great program, documentation and online learning tools are VERY limited in English (5 short YouTube videos in English versus an entire site dedicated to learning in French). Despite some level of in app English most of the menus default back to French. At this juncture we have determined that despite saying so in the App Store and the software developers website there is no support for this software in English, and no one monitors the site for request in English.
