I downloaded on android Galaxy a10e, every time I login, it just crashes… then I go through all the steps listed on their site, end up redownloading, log in and it just crashes… again.
My home screen won't load so I basically can't use Noom. I can't access articles, log my water, meals, weight or exercise. I've force closed the app several times and I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it, all to no avail. The Tech dept at Noom have not helped ad they've just told me to do what I've already done. I am getting very annoyed indeed ....
