I have had this downloaded for over 6 months and played daily and loved it even though the good merchandise is always TP only or someone is playing the machine that appears to have unlimited funds so they play till they win and make it pointless to even try after they win. As of the last 3 weeks every time I reserve a machine it loads the play screen and stays black, if for some miracle it loads the camera properly after you start a game it won’t change camera views or doesn’t show the crane movements making it a complete waste of time since you can’t see what’s going on at all. Needless to say I have not won a single item off of this game but still kept playing because it was at least fun, with that being said it is not even remotely fun anymore with never being able to see anything going on in the game. I’m willing to give the developers more time to correct the problems without using lame excuses like your internet must be bad since it shows people playing the games just fine and only acts up when remote control access settings are put into action. If you can’t create a game that functions well everywhere in the world for all players maybe take it out of the American servers and only offer it in Japan. I hope you fix these issues as I will continue to check in for a few more weeks and if no changes occur then I will keep this as 1 star rating and regrettably delete the application from all my devices in favor of something that actually works.

I’ve played this game since it first released and I’ve put a ton of money in this gameBecause I enjoy the skill of it and I won multiple items recently I have 5 items in my cart that are about to expire while waiting for three items to still shipFrom three months ago I just found out I can’t ship my items because I didn’t spend $20-$50 this past month and now my items are going to expire I think this is ridiculous especially for the players that use the free tickets from time to time I will say going forward after all my emails I have sent to get my item shipped if I do not get them shipped I will be deleting this app and my account and I will not be playing this ever again. You guys are now becoming money hungry and it’s pathetic especially to your long time players!!!!On top of no one responding to emails right away and then giving excuses when players pick out issues

I’ve played on Toreba for years now, and as the years go on the more scummy it gets. Yes there are free play tickets… that can be used only on certain machines. I found these machines to have the weakest claw strength in general. Sometimes the item doesn’t even scoot a cm, and I’ve won many prizes on this app previously, so I know how to play. The TP only machines are your best bet to actually win something, but they are so expensive and the majority of set ups they have are extremely hard to win in a reasonable amount of plays. Basically if you want to win something you are required to camp machines out for hours and hope someone drops it after working around with it for a bit. My advice: just buy the prize online if you really want it. I guarantee you 9/10 you’ll pay much less if you just buy it. I do not recommend Toreba at all, which is a total shame because I used to swear by this app.
