I’ve played this game since it first released and I’ve put a ton of money in this gameBecause I enjoy the skill of it and I won multiple items recently I have 5 items in my cart that are about to expire while waiting for three items to still shipFrom three months ago I just found out I can’t ship my items because I didn’t spend $20-$50 this past month and now my items are going to expire I think this is ridiculous especially for the players that use the free tickets from time to time I will say going forward after all my emails I have sent to get my item shipped if I do not get them shipped I will be deleting ClawMachineGameTorebaLive and my account and I will not be playing this ever again. You guys are now becoming money hungry and it’s pathetic especially to your long time players!!!!On top of no one responding to emails right away and then giving excuses when players pick out issues

I have had this downloaded for over 6 months and played daily and loved it even though the good merchandise is always TP only or someone is playing the machine that appears to have unlimited funds so they play till they win and make it pointless to even try after they win. As of the last 3 weeks every time I reserve a machine it loads the play screen and stays black, if for some miracle it loads the camera properly after you start a game it won’t change camera views or doesn’t show the crane movements making it a complete waste of time since you can’t see what’s going on at all. Needless to say I have not won a single item off of this game but still kept playing because it was at least fun, with that being said it is not even remotely fun anymore with never being able to see anything going on in the game. I’m willing to give the developers more time to correct the problems without using lame excuses like your internet must be bad since it shows people playing the games just fine and only acts up when remote control access settings are put into action. If you can’t create a game that functions well everywhere in the world for all players maybe take it out of the American servers and only offer it in Japan. I hope you fix these issues as I will continue to check in for a few more weeks and if no changes occur then I will keep this as 1 star rating and regrettably delete the application from all my devices in favor of something that actually works.

I’ve played on Toreba for years now, and as the years go on the more scummy it gets. Yes there are free play tickets… that can be used only on certain machines. I found these machines to have the weakest claw strength in general. Sometimes the item doesn’t even scoot a cm, and I’ve won many prizes on ClawMachineGameTorebaLive previously, so I know how to play. The TP only machines are your best bet to actually win something, but they are so expensive and the majority of set ups they have are extremely hard to win in a reasonable amount of plays. Basically if you want to win something you are required to camp machines out for hours and hope someone drops it after working around with it for a bit. My advice: just buy the prize online if you really want it. I guarantee you 9/10 you’ll pay much less if you just buy it. I do not recommend Toreba at all, which is a total shame because I used to swear by ClawMachineGameTorebaLive.

When Toreba started it was great, it didn’t feel too easy but didn’t feel like it was a waste of money. Now? A total waste, and is coming from someone whose invested some time into this and won a handful of items. Nobody should spend anymore money on this. The claws are looser than they’ve ever been, rods are now ever so slightly too high to where it’s completely stopping people from something that should have been a win and the products get stuck in a weird spot! When they notice machines become too easy they remove it and leave the ones with looser hooks up! it is absolutely ridiculous how many machines can’t nudge a product even the slightest bit, and to top it all off the assist thing is a joke; in addition they never respond until weeks after the fact when there’s a product that’s actually stuck in a dead zone. There needs to be something that tells you before which you have to use TP for and which you can use! they used to respond to issues in a reasonable amount of time for me. Now I’m lucky if they ever respond at all! I’ve always had my doubts but more and more it feels like a scam and people should just avoid. This is coming from someone whose had a handful of wins from this game, it’s just not worth it, especially not anymore.

It is possible to win prizes for free with tickets alone. It’s only happened to me once, but it could’ve happened up to three more times. I don’t know if it was because the machine was rigged or a mistake on my part. Nonetheless, luck, observing other players, and thinking outside the box is how you’ll earn prizes with tickets alone or little money. However, I’ll be deleting ClawMachineGameTorebaLive after I receive my final package because they changed the rules and will push you to spend money on the game if you’re very desperate for prizes and free shipping. It’s to the point that you’re better off buying the items from someone else or in select stores.

This game used to have free shipping every week, which is great because I barely ever win. But now they’ve added a TON of new prizes and labeled them “add-on” which you actually have to pay the shipping for… I wish I would have known that before I won one of those prizes. I paid the $20 shipping for the dumb thing but never again; I won it with tickets so by the old system it would have been free :/
Now whenever I play I have to dodge those prizes which is SO MANY and the selection is pretty crap now.
The machines are winnable, I’ve won about 10 times so far. You have to stalk the machines and find ones that are not impossible though. Japanese style claw machines DO NOT pick up the prize, you have to move them little by little (some will pick up but it’s rare). Over time you learn what prizes have good positioning, what type of claw is the best, and what style of machine is more winnable over others. It does take a bit of effort and winning doesn’t happen often (at least for me) but it’s not impossible.
Anyway, I give it 2 stars because even though I like the game, the new shipping guidelines are just plain greedy. Why did they feel like they needed to milk more money out of people when the machines are so hard to win anyway? They’ve been giving out a lot more “free tickets” lately but that doesn’t really make up for the new shoddy selection of prizes that qualify for free shipping.

Years ago when this game came out (as others have said) it was great. It has slowly dropped heavily in quality over the years. Awful prize selection/quality, and they’ve made most of the machines nearly impossible, even if you dumped 30+ tries into something.
Recently they ran a huge campaign and app overhaul, promising their players they can come back, because the machines were easier, and the prizes were better again! This lasted a whole 3-4 months, and Toreba is right back where it has been, awful prizes, impossible games. Its really frustrating for them to even be incorporating a monthly membership model, and to presumably garner a certain amount of members, then turn their back on their monthly paying players by making their membership mostly useless, with the inability to win anything, let alone with only 10,000tp.
It’s really disappointing to have gotten excited about the game again, just for it to turn into garbage like it was.
They have the capability to do better, they just don’t.

Toreba, make easier mashies. If it looks like I wouldn’t even be able to take the toy with my hand and shove it through the opening, let alone using a claw with .005 PSI grabbing power, then it’s too difficult. When I go into a machine it’s like you literally just don’t even want us to play it.

I enjoy toreba for its easy to understand interface and the fact that it has merch for games you won't find on other claw games. Though if you want to play without spending money go somewhere else. This game is definitely a heavy play to win thing. My most recent upset is that they've made a certain plush that I've been trying to get for two months with the free tickets tp play only and they hiked up the tp price from 2,000 to 10,000. This deeply upsets me because they only give you about 10 tp during holidays if you're lucky enough and i can only find this plush on toreba.

I think this is one of the best claw games but the tp thing makes it pretty much not worth it to play.

Toreba when I started using it a few years ago was great. They were easy to use and you were almost guaranteed your prizes. And at that moment I was spending irl money into the game. Now I don’t know what they’ve done. They have little to no contact support. You have to constantly send shipping request and despite spending the money it asks and sending in inquiries they DONT HELP! I’ve lost now 3 items and spent over $60 just trying to get my items. No help. No compensation not even an email back. I even tried to pay for the Toreba prime and that’s a whole other issues to even try to get that to work let alone cancel it. I don’t know what Toreba had done between now and 2 years ago but it’s honestly not worth it anymore it seems. Unless they can idk give the items won without paying and arm and a leg with no response or item

Toreba is not your normal claw Game it does not pick up your prize I’m dropping in a hole it takes a lot of skill and lotta effort to get your prize to fall off whatever it is on which makes the game practically impossible to win in one turn and once you find a game that actually lifts the product and moves it if too many people start winning they automatically put the machine in technical issues this is where a tech comes to the machine he will loosen the claw or make the claw not down straight I do believe there is a lot of scamming going on when you’re playing the games trying to put the claw in the right position takes a lot of practice and can very from game to game there are different kinds of games you can play some are easier than others but still it takes a lot of skill to win

You can definitely win prizes through ClawMachineGameTorebaLive as many people, including me, have. It even has free shipping, though only for the first time per week.

I like that you get free tickets everyday and that there are events that give you even more. The tickets have let me win a majority of my prizes but of course, it wasn't that easy. It can take me multiple days of trying to get a single prize I want. But, if I put money into the game, it can be even faster.

The machines can be hard. The claws can be very weak and the bars the prizes lay on are sticky. A lot of your time in Toreba is figuring out which machines you have the best shot in by trying yourself, watching winning replays on the website, or by watching other people have a go.

Your patience is needed as you most likely won't get it first try. You may need to come back different days to try again. But, if you can hold back the frustration, be persistent, and learn from your mistakes and winning strategies, you can start to win yourself some prizes.

I’ve been on toreba for about three to four years as of 2022. Sure, just like every claw game, it has its ups and downs, but as for toreba and Japanese claw machines, you just gotta know how they work. Learn that, and you can definitely win a lot of prizes without spending much money at all if you use the free tickets nicely.

The daily free tickets are wonderful. The prizes, though not as many as it used to be a year before, they’re really great quality. I’ve won a ton of figures, plushies, cushions, tapestries, and so much more to fill my anime museum of a room.

If you don’t want to spend more than ten USD, try your best to use the tickets wisely, and watch for the free shipping deals.

I won my first prize today. I first had a free ticket for the day and then I bought the five dollar 5,000 tk. I won a prize in three moves. I was so thrilled! I can’t wait to have it shipped, though I wish their website, when I look at the video recording, could be in English. My safari doesn’t want to translate it which makes it hard to know what I’m clicking on 😅 other than that, I love this and how they give free tickets out. I can only say, don’t give up hope and find great openings to win that prize!

This game is pretty fun and I’ve won a few quite of prizes from it, the money is a little expensive , considering if I want 4 items I gotta pay $18 for 20,000 TP, I pay it but then I gotta pay another 20,000 for shipping lol. So it’s a little frustrating. You get no customer service with anything, I should’ve won a prize and I had the proof but when I contacted them about it , I’ve gotten no response! So it’s a little on the good and bad side with this crane game. And also, when I did get 4 prizes 2 times, I got the same figures. Quite disappointing in a way.

As someone who drives regularly to the “arcade” to play the ufo crane games, it was awesome being able to find out I could play from home as well!

I still go out as I prefer physically playing the game myself, but having won a few prizes now on here, I can say I thoroughly enjoy both the physical games and Toreba equally as much!

Just like at the arcade I normally only play for figures and specific ones I want at that, but having the variety to choose between plushies, collectors items, or even house goods is fantastic for people who would prefer to win those as an option.

Only complaint is the latency between the actions on my phone and the crane in game, but after some getting used to it’s not terrible.
Sometimes my screen freezes and I end up with my claw in a completely random area, or completely overshot my target, but those I can give a pass, I enjoy it that much lol.

For those complaining about the game, it is not your regular claw machines. It is strategy. When you get it down, you can win fast. I have won multiple items as well as I read all their info they update us with all the time. I never have paid for shipping as I wait for it to be free. Items are express shipped and trackable. I have received multiple boxes at once and am not a fake or person working for them. I live in the United States. Great game, lots of fun and honestly before I have ever had to email anyone issues were solved. Unlike the other competitor that has loose claws, costs a boat load and takes forever to get any prizes shipped . This game is worth a spin.

I have been playing Toreba and another claw app for years. I have completely stopped playing the other and exclusively play Toreba now. Some may say that the games are rigged or too hard and that may be true to an extent but if you no what you’re doing you can win some great prizes spending very little. You get several free tickets every day (you don’t get that from other claw apps)as well. Other claw games have terrible customer service, bootleg prizes, lag and connectivity issues causing your prizes to get stolen by “snipers”. That doesn’t happen with Toreba. I’ve never been booted from a game. Rarely experience lag, prizes are top notch, arrive quickly and the one prize I did get that was damaged they immediately reshipped out with an apology. Toreba is leaps and bounds ahead of other online claw games and it will continue to be my favorite 😻

There’s luck based and skill based machines on here but the majority is skilled. I’ve been playing Toreba for many years and won many cute prizes throughout my time playing! They give free daily play tickets and if you spend an amount on TP (in game currency) you also get bonus tickets. If you’re new to Toreba make sure to practice and watch other players or win replays on how people win prizes. The best thing about it is the free shipping also which is every 2 weeks after you shipped your previous prizes. When you win a prize you can have it sitting in your cart for 2 weeks before it expires. I usually play within the time frame and see if i could win anything else so i can ship it with my other prize for free. I have spent money on ClawMachineGameTorebaLive as well but never for shipping which is great. All in all i love playing on Toreba! I do miss the old playing machines though and some old prizes they used to have.

This is one of the best claw games on here. I have won numerous times and have never had an issue with my prizes being shipped to me. Yeah sometimes it took a while to get to me, I think the longest I had to wait was maybe a month and a half but I did get my prize. I’ve read some of the comments from those who rated this game lower, like 1 and 2 stars and I disagree with everything they are saying, the claws are not rigged, at least not any worse then what they would be if you were playing on a claw machine in an arcade. The majority of my prizes I have won have come from the free tickets that I get each day, I have maybe 3 prizes that I actually paid money for. I love this claw game and will continue to play each day. If I win, great, if not, there is always the next day.

Ok it’s an ok enough ufo game. It is hard to win stuff but that’s to be expected with these kind of games. But, the glitches have officially ruined it for me. I was close to winning a yeast ken plushy when I ran out of points so I bought more but it glitched out and kicked me out of my spot in line and I had to watch some vulture get it. It should not have charged me just to prevent me from playing. I’ve contacted Toreba about trying to get my $5 back, but I’m doubtful that they will even reply >: /

I’ve waiting over a year for prizes to be shipped. Upon request for information, the providers informed me my prizes were “too heavy” for their shipping service and that they were “unable to split orders” in order to make the shipping work within their restrictions. They claim that shipping has been stalled to my area but can ship out small orders in a few weeks but my larger orders (5+ prizes) are at 15 months. Getting any information and plays back after game bugs takes months (at least 3-4) if you even get that. They are stingy with reimbursement and have made updates to make filing complaints and bugs near impossible to do. They truly don’t want you holding them accountable by making it easy and clear how to file complaints for plays or wins. Many of the machines are altered between wins and plays to manipulate games, I’ve even recorded them doing this. It’s a shame. If you really want to see how terrible this game/service/money grab is just simply google the name. They’re constantly being sued for rigged games and fraudulent schemes. Obviously most crane games are weighted against the player, but these games basically prevent any winning movements until they are ready to randomly release the prize. If you don’t notice these issues, the game seems fun and addicting...just be careful money goes quick.

I used to really enjoy this game and honestly I’ve spent thousands on it. After all of that, customer service has not responded to a number of inquiries over the course of months. Following recent updates, I can no longer open separate page to recharge without being kicked from the queue. This means that if you’ve spent tp on a machine you can only get the item if you currently have enough and do not recharge. I have also reported an instance where a piece of white paper slowly slide over the camera while I was playing. Recently one of my packages is missing as well. So while the game can be enjoyable, at this point it’s not worth the money.

I downloaded this game saw it in ads looked fun but honestly don’t bother putting in money for the cheap items you try to win you can’t because the boxes have weights in them so it makes it hard to grab and move which makes you have to buy tp points that’s how they make there money I have never put in money and never will I’ve used the free tickets i’ve been doing this for while this is nothing like actual claw games you play to lose money don’t bother

I used to love how you’d get a couple free plays a day. I’d reserve a spot and after waiting a bit, I’d finally get the chance to play. I’m not going to pretend it didn’t lure me into buying TP. But now it looks like you can only use free tickets if no one is using that machine. If no one is on the machine, chances are high it’s going to take some work to get the prize, meaning the only thing your free plays are doing is making it easier for the players who are paying.

There are plenty of other claw games that don’t have restrictions on their free plays, use those instead.

I started maybe in the beginning of March of this year and I’m already losing interest in the game. In that time I won 5 prizes but they’ve made the machines so hard to win. They purposely cheat it so it’s a lot harder to win. I only started playing because the claw machines near me were closed and decided to give this a shot. I’m not longer pleased with ClawMachineGameTorebaLive since again they’ve made it much harder to win and made the machines extremely weak.

I’ve used this game multiple times, and this is the only time I can say that the quality is cr** during my free play it was slow and the crane went further then I wanted it to and no where near the prize and that ticked me off that I want my free play back and another chance. So fix the quality and resolution cuz with all the lagging it’s getting, if it continues Toreba is not gonna be around much longer

When you get the free five tries during only one time the thing is that there’s no 0 TP prize so we mostly have to pay after our tries and some people don’t want to pay it would be a complete waste of money! How come we get free try’s but yet we don’t get any prizes to try for free I’m so disappointed and it says we get tries daily but it’s wrong! I only get five tries and the rest it gone.

I love toreba and actually won some prizes from them. However, there have been an increase of glitches which makes it disheartening and impossible to win. Sometimes you get close to winning and when you spend money to recharge, it freezes. Forcing you to get out of line and thus another person wins it.

Won a duck, 50cm tall and didn’t have to pay anything. I’ve been playing for a week now and this is the first one. I was so happy, but of course it is tedious so don’t expect to be given a prize every day lol. Don’t pay anything. Nothing. Or else you will waste your money, eventually you will get something

ClawMachineGameTorebaLive is so much fun and my addiction is unhealthy at this point, but I only have 1 complaint; some of the machines are a little glitchy but once you understand how it works it’s all good! And to all the negative reviews saying it’s rigged or bugged, or that the machine doesn’t actually grip anything, it’s not supposed to. Learn about it before you spend your money, winning prizes IS POSSIBLE! I’ve done it and love them :)

Yes this site is legit and you can win actuall prizes from this game. It’s a lot of fun and I warn it’s addicting but the machines can be hard to play. Watch others before playing, and determine if claws are strong enough to continue playing !! I’ve won several figurines and other prized from ClawMachineGameTorebaLive and I love that excitement of winning literally anything on here haha !

ClawMachineGameTorebaLive is so much fun. I really enjoy playing the games even if I don’t win. After a little practice I win pretty regularly. The site is always updating the products and make sure you have enough time to get something if you really wanted it. It works really well and I have never really had an issue.

ClawMachineGameTorebaLive is so much better than Clawee. You get two free plays a day,I have won three large prizes without spending a ridiculous amount of money, and shipping is free every seven days! My mom and I turned it into a little competition to see who can win the most prizes lol. It’s nice to pass the time during Covid as well. I highly recommend ClawMachineGameTorebaLive for claw lovers! I also like the fact you don’t level up and costs per play go up like in Clawee.

I always wondered if ClawMachineGameTorebaLive was legit, and it is! My first time I played I won a plushy with a free play, and it took about a month to get to me. I assume the wait was due to COVID however. Lots of anime prizes, Pokemon prizes, and just awesome stuff. Internet issues can make Toreba glitch and mess up though.
