My experience has been similar to the other negative reviews. Have played for several years, and actually made it to 21,000,000,000 coins, only to be broke now. Lost most of it during the quests where I was required to complete outrageous things like “win 4.3 billion coins”. Seems the higher the level, the more you are required to bet per spin in order to win. Now at level 2073 I am still expected to win 147 million in the first of the three daily quests, even though my coin balance is only 157 million! The quests stopped being fun once I lost most of my coins and could no longer complete them. When I was able to bet 3-5 million per spin, I would receive 3-5 SlotoCards and was able to complete several sets. But now that I can bet 500K to 1M (or only play for 5 minutes), I rarely get a SlotoCard, and if I do, only one at a time. Apparently the album feature is only for the “high rollers”. And the worst part, is that I NEVER receive the entire amount I win on any “big” or “mega” win. For example, my balance is 78,000,000 and I win a 10,000,000 “mega win”. My balance after that is more like 85,000,000–they keep a portion of every large win. Every time. I have complained via the link in the help section and the reply is always that their “records” do not substantiate my complaint—then they give me a “gift” of a few million coins. I seriously don’t understand why the developers use this strategy. Time to find a different slot machine game😕

So I have been playing Slotomania for Years! Everything was fine. You lose some, you win some, you move on and you enjoy your life. However, since the freaky, scary, creepy finger thing appeared everything changed. I like John Goodman, but he is creepy in a finger role! I really don’t like seeing his head on the finger ... it’s just odd and unpleasant! Get rid of it! I want Lucy back!! Then there is this stinginess: The game takes more than 2,000,000,000 fake coin bet to progress even 1% in Level rush. Ridiculous!! I haven’t been able to play it in weeks! It takes much longer to earn clan points now too, so I don’t know about getting the big chest ever again! In addition, my favorite clan peeps have left the clan/game... cause the most recent update is just ridiculous. I haven’t been able to get any new cards, close albums, share cards with clan or receive needed cards since the update. And games keep eating my fake coins without giving back or helping me enjoy special bonus games that I love. This is becoming more stressful than fun. I will NEVER play with real money. So why have you become so stingy with the fake coins? Its not like it’s coming out of your packet. It’s fake!!! It’s supposed to give me some peace during this difficult time we live in... but it’s giving me a headache... let’s go back to the way things were... I want my clan peeps back and please get rid of the finger guy! He is annoying and unpleasant to look at!

Hi I’m giving my review because I find it odd but all the Lucy comes up and wants a rating us usual most likely I loose. Unfortunately that’s how these games are. I am sucker customer that’s pays a lot to get very little... I am not upset at the game but in general bc if you can look at any ones history you can clearly see how much more do when actually win vs or loosing not just money but can’t seem to ever win a quest or complete any bonus games and win. I’ve won before but after a long losing streak.... So I guess my main complaint is that do people actually win the quest if so how much money had they have to loose before actually winning???? Now again I do understand no one is making any one play but come it’s supposed to be little fun. You guys make the Slotomania™ quest to hard to complete just for an ACE card. Any time I ever get an ACE is whenever you receive them in the lotto bonus with the balls.& yet have I ever won a really high number on that... This is supposed to be enjoyable but I loose way more than win. I know this a long message but my point is I just used all 100 duplicate cards spun the wheel got a decent amount of coins to loose like in 5 minutes... Ugh... Then I sucker in and buy a small package and a multiple 20 times spinner just to be out of more money and luck and have Lucy ask how am I enjoying my winnings um what winnings... just up setting but it is what it is..
