UPDATE: thanks dev man!! App is working great now. I look forward to putting it to use next week!! Been a year since I’ve tried myCWT and once I’ve set up my account, myCWT crashes. Tried deleting myCWT today and setting up from scratch, still crashes.

Was so excited to get myCWT thinking it would be a travel bonus. NOOOO no notifications NO information actually i feel i am more out of the loop with my corporate travel group than ever before. Didnt get the usual emails on a two hour delay! Dont share my same false sense of security. Save your excitement for santa. He is more dependable!

I tried myCWT several times to give it a chance I was disappointed each and every time. Don’t waste your time downloading myCWT because it won’t help you and your travel plans, the passwords are always incorrect due to app error.

myCWT works and is attractive, but I have virtually no use for it. CWT books my flight and hotel in advance, and everything else myCWT can do is readily available and more trustworthy with other apps (weather, flight updates). The one reason I downloaded this was because I thought I could submit pictures of receipts and have them automatically attach to my trip for easy association in an expense report. I swear a previous version of myCWT could do this.

I can't, with my company, use myCWT to book. But it's great for status updates and itinerary. To those that think myCWT is useless, it's because you aren't using CWT's travel agency. My company does and myCWT integrates all my itineraries, plus I can add personal ones to it as well for combined business/pleasure trips.

It will be very helpful. You have transportation, directions, and so many other details. Phone number we can click on and call the hotel will be very helpful.

This is a must have! Able to book everything via you mobile device is awesome. No more clunky sites or having to be on hold. User friendly as it’s easy to navigate and it has all the bells and whistles without the noise.

I'm glad you can book hotels in it now because it was fairly worthless before that. I like the directions feature. It doesn't always update, but it's what we use for work travel; what do you do? It kept bugging me for a review. I hope that stops now.

Love the this app app. Super easy to use for simple roundtrip flights and excellent hotel booking options. I also love that I get the airlines flight updates/change notifications before the airlines app provides the update.

I need to be able to actually book trips on the go. The hotel is the only thing you can book on myCWT , and that is the least likely item I would need at last minute notice. Calendar reminders of my reservation are already available through the online booking tool. What is needed is the ability to actually make reservations on the go. Nice concept, but limited actual utility

I use Google Calendar to share my travel plans with my family and has worked flawlessly until 3 weeks ago. The latest update no longer allows or shows any Google Calendar. Please fix this important feature!

myCWT is pretty good except the SWA booking ID won’t populate making it hard to check in using the tool 24 hours before the flight. Since it noes to remind you to check in why doesn’t it just populate that info? That would be a good app.

I can’t use it on iPhone 7. Crashes continuously... obviously it wasn’t checked before releasing the update. Poor...

myCWT makes my travel SO EASY!! It notifies me of gate changes, delays and lists all my flights! I’ve traveled to other countries and without myCWT would have been completely lost!

I was on hold for nearly 30 min (to talk to customer service) and still could not get through. The price on myCWT for Homewood suites in Victoria was $112 whereas in the Concur app it was $99. Had trouble booking through Concur for the first tome in the last 2 years. Not sure if the site was under maintenance.

myCWT has been mandated by my employer.

It only allows you to book hotels. You have to use a web based clunky 6 next/confirm clicks to book airfare.

myCWT lists tons of Hotel Room rates that require AAA membership Card and no way to stop that.

Cannot filter hotels listed by brand. Seems like a basic hotel reservations site.

Cannot sort by distance from address. That’s meaningful when considering travel to San Fran and NYC with such terrible traffic.

Doesn’t know that SPG and Marriott have merged.

Lists hotels as much as $150 per night more than the brand’s app or website does. Specifically, it lists the Algonquin in NYC at $718. Marriott offers same king bed room with $25 Credit for $578. Ugh!

I used to be able to book flights and book hotels and rental cars with myCWT. And now I only get to book a hotel. If my company didn’t enforce the use of it I would definitely not use this as it is not useful. Also I’ve had trouble in the past with cancellations from agents that didn’t actually cancel my flight and I got charged for it. I really don’t have a high opinion of CWT.

Just got setup today and after emailing support to add a trip I had booked prior, I received an email that it was loaded in less than 3 minutes — phenomenal!!

For my reservation, I was not familiar with the nearby cities. The town I was traveling only had one choice which was booked. I had to resort to another app to find nearby cities. myCWT should show lodging in nearby cities even if you don’t know the name of those cities. Otherwise, it worked fine.

Soooo... I'm having trouble understanding any review that's positive especially those that say they can't travel without the CWT app... Why is that? What am I missing? This thing is absolutely pointless and there is zero reason to have it. There are tons of apps (and now even email) that adds info to your travel apps or calendar automatically with very close to 100% precision. The ONE thing that one would think myCWT should do, it doesn't: book flights and rental cars... Well two things- change existing travel which it doesn't do, either. It does kinda allow you to book hotels... Ok so how do I get to the hotel if I can't book a flight or rental car or car service or or or? It shows flight schedules but you have to call and sit on hold for a half hour- and pay for that privilege... sorry, not going to do it. Ridiculous. Maybe have folks call for complex flight schedules but not to deal with that drama for simple domestic flights. Flying San Fransisco to Burbank? wow that's a tough one I need to call someone for help. Even worse, Los Angeles to NY - whoa that's a longer flight- I really need help booking that nonstop flight.

I have no clue the point of myCWT- it adds zero value.
