Can't buy anything
I just keep getting a message that says "you don't have permission to purchase this book" every time I try to purchase a book or subscription. Update March 27, 2019 App was updated. Had high hopes. Launched it, downloaded my books. Subsequently app just crashes on launch every time. Unusable. Wasted money on buying books I now can’t read.

Paid for subscription but didn’t get access
I paid for a 3 month subscription but did not get access to the content. Sent several emails to support but haven’t not received follow up! Very disappointing.

Worst app ever, gets worse with every iteration
I am not sure how Apple even allows these version updates onto the App Store. This latest 4.0 version crashes immediately upon opening! Completely non-functional and now about $100 of in-app comic purchases are trapped in this piece of trash!
