I’ve been attempting to find information in order to cancel this product and stop all payments, however it seems to be private secret service information. Who do I contact and how do I cancel? Immediately!!

The quality of the PDF is just awful. Especially compared to the FREE Adobe this app app lol. Also, when I tried Scanner to submit work for my organic chem class, it wouldn’t fit in the file folder. On the other hand, Adobe this app’s PDF fit perfectly with better quality and its free. I ended up paying $10 for the subscription because they only allow one free scan?😂 what a waste of money. Super disappointed.

The scanning is blurry, and don’t download Scanner unless your an accountant or someone that has money to waste. This is by far the worst app I’ve used in a long time. It’s absurd that they want you to pay to use Scanner which is flawed already.

After first couple scans it will let you continue to scan but when you go to save it makes you either pay a subscription fee or deletes your scans.

$10 a month is not worth Scanner. all it does is zoom in on a page. It does not make files easier to read. And when you try to cancel it it’s practically impossible. I’m still trying to figure out how

Scanner has will charge you $7.99 weekly for a product that is no longer downloaded on your phone. I'll be contacting customer service to see if this can be remedied. I am hoping the other positive reviews will be indicative of the integrity of Scanner developers.

When it auto-detects the page, it gives you handles to let you readjust the area, but 75% of the time it doesn’t actually let me drag all 4 handles, some stay frozen in the original place. The only way to fix it is to delete and retake the picture, sometimes several times. It also lost about 10 pages that I added onto a previous capture. Hopefully you have a lot of time to use this, because it definitely isn’t a quick process.

Paid for Scanner but won’t let me scan. Says I’ve used up my free scans and have to pay. But I have paid. Very frustrating. Calling my credit card to dispute the charge.

I give this a two star because at first it was working perfectly. I had reached my fourth time scanning things to turn in to my teacher and it took me a long time to scan all the pages I had to do and once I was done it told me I had reached my limit. Like couldn’t you have told me that before I had wasted all my time doing it!😡 and it won’t even let me save it!!!! Desperate for f ing money I swear.

Scanner work perfect if your a college student that takes online classes...it does have to have a subscription though...the only thing i will say is my subscription expired april 18th and i just got money taken out of my account for it on 5/29

I was searching for a perfect app to have a soft copy of my valuable documents. Scanner is the best so far and it worked like a real this app for me. I always use the B&W filter to have a perfect effect.

This portable this app is wonderful! Saving useful documents via this AP while away from larger scanners has become a must. I certainly endorse it for people that are mobile.

Scanned normal. Some pages different filtered colors no reason. Emailed pdf to client. Email pdf had lines, gaps and block color appear all over the pages. Waste of time.

Let alone the poor user interface. This horrible app somehow managed to avoid being registered under my suscriptons, but i still got charged 8 Dollars a week for not using it. Terrible
