Amazon photos app won't upload phoros. 'Something went wrong' 'Refresh browser' messages. 'Not connecting'. I have tried all the fixes. No manual upload either. Also says 0 bytes of 0 bytes in storage. And 'join prime'. I have prime so why is it saying 0 bytes of storage? What is wrong with prime photos?

Hi I keep getting repeated error messages: 'You can't open the application "Amazon Photos" because it is not responding. If I quit it, it then reopens with the same message. And when I try to reinstall the app I get another message: 1681005 If I quit the app and try to remove it from my Applications, it won't let me because "...it is open". Help please. Thanks

How to fix Amazon Photos app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Amazon Photos app on iPhone
Update Amazon Photos app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Amazon Photos iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Amazon Photos on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Amazon Photos network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Amazon Photos Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Amazon Photos not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Amazon Photos App
1. On android, goto Settings » Amazon Photos » click [Force Stop]

Update Amazon Photos to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Amazon Photos App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Amazon Photos » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Amazon Photos.

Fix Amazon Photos unable to contact server/ Amazon Photos internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Amazon Photos » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Amazon Photos » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Amazon Photos
