Update: still impossible to download magazine issues after Saveursmagazine update

Even if Saveursmagazine crashes sometimes, I would have given it a 4 or 5 stars but since the last magazine release I can’t download the new magazine!!
I have an active subscription but it is prompting me to either subscribe or buy the issue. If I click subscribe it is telling me that I am already subscribed ! :( and leave me with no way to download the issue!
Is there a tech support line?

My subscription was renewed in April and I cannot download anything! I even followed Apple’s troubleshooting guide and reinstalled Saveursmagazine and now ALL of my previous purchases are gone! I have tried to restore my purchases and no luck! I’ve sent a message through the Saveurs website and have not received any response, not even an automated acknowledgement of my feedback. Is anyone minding the store?

I have a subscription that just renewed and Saveursmagazine is not downloading the magazines. It’s asking me to buy or subscribe again. Love the magazine content but it seems the digital subscription is lacking. I can’t find any tech support for it or customer service! Waste of money!

Crashes permanents, impossibilité de télécharger les nouveaux numéros, pas de hotline ou support... Comment peut-on publier une appli tellement mal codée et conçue? Est-ce que les développeurs l’ont essayée une seule fois?

It becomes stable and accessible again.Right now, I find it extremely frustrating to deal with, simply because it would not open. Don't get me wrong, Saveursmagazine is (was) great when I could access its contents - numerous past issues of a refined French cooking magazine. I hope the developper will fix the bugs soon.
