Update: still impossible to download magazine issues after the app update
Even if the app crashes sometimes, I would have given it a 4 or 5 stars but since the last magazine release I can’t download the new magazine!!
I have an active subscription but it is prompting me to either subscribe or buy the issue. If I click subscribe it is telling me that I am already subscribed ! :( and leave me with no way to download the issue!
Is there a tech support line?

My subscription was renewed in April and I cannot download anything! I even followed Apple’s troubleshooting guide and reinstalled the App and now ALL of my previous purchases are gone! I have tried to restore my purchases and no luck! I’ve sent a message through the Saveurs website and have not received any response, not even an automated acknowledgement of my feedback. Is anyone minding the store?

I have a subscription that just renewed and the app is not downloading the magazines. It’s asking me to buy or subscribe again. Love the magazine content but it seems the digital subscription is lacking. I can’t find any tech support for it or customer service! Waste of money!
