I got this app so I wouldn’t have to use my internet browser to get to my school sites on the go. It worked once, the first time I connected to my school and signed in. Ever since then, it refuses to log in, either telling me there’s not enough of a data connection even if I’m connected to WiFi, or just infinitely putting me on a loading screen after I hit “sign in”. It takes less time for me to open my internet browser, manually find the Ellucian website through my school’s website or google, log in through there, find what I need, and log out. And the app will still be loading. I was hopeful and kept it around for a few weeks, thinking maybe an update would fix it, but this is an absolutely useless app and I have now deleted it.

I recently got a new phone and I cannot log back into the app. I’ve tried every past password and it continues to tell me I have the incorrect password. When I enter any old password it automatically tells me incorrect password, but when I type in my current password it loads for a good ten minutes then tells me incorrect password. I like this app for the first day of classes to look at room numbers instead of carrying around a piece of paper. I also like to see the roster to know who is in my classes before I go to the first day of class. Please update this to eliminate this glitch so I can log in.

No matter how many times I delete the app and re-download, restart my phone, log out and log in, this app refuses to “connect” to the WiFi I have a strong connection to. I’ve never been able to access the app outside of WiFi, so not connecting with WiFi is increasingly frustrating. I don’t have time to venture through the murky waters my university calls their “student website,” so Ellucian Go SEEMS like the better option. It’s not, and I couldn’t be more disappointed in my “up and coming with the times” university who just can’t seem to find an alternative solution.
