I have not use these apps in years but am still being charged. There is no account linked to my email when I try to login to cancel and no subscription linked to my apple account. Iām being charged annually without a way to cancel. Sure seems like a scam company. I have emailed them with no response.
The program is not working after I made payment for year

I logged in made the payment but the program will not go past the subscription page. Payment went through but still no 2nd grade academy to play or anyone to contact
Took my money

I just bought this app for my special needs son. Paid the yearly subscription fee and when I tried to log in it says my subscription has expired! Lost my money and got nothing unlocked or anything! I will be disputing this with my bank. I do not and will not recommend an app that takes from children.
