Contact Grades Support

The app seems well designed overall, as I’ve seen quite a few of my friends access their grades from this app. However, for some reason, I can’t log in. The error states that “There isn’t any gradebook data in this account get, or this account does not exist”. The only reason why I could see this happening specifically to me is because I don’t have a first period so if it checks to see if the gradebook is empty it’ll look at the first period and decide that it’s empty. I don’t know. My problem is that I kind of want to be able to calculate future grades and use an app with a simple interface. That’s why I wanted to use this, but the problem above prevents me from doing that.

In many aspects, this app is an incredible alternative to aeries. However, when i had the app, the grades would only stay at the point where i had first logged in. It is great for calculating future grades, but it is an inconvenience to delete and then reinstall the app each time you want to check or see what could happen to your grades. Updating grades is possibly the most important function of any grades app which is why I think it deserves two stars. If this problem got solved I would give it five stars.

There are so many listed cosmetic or misc. features that are either incredibly hard to find, or impossible to find. For example, when you click “Switch students”, it doesn’t give you an option to add one, it just lets you select the student that’s already signed in. Another example is the extra listed cosmetics, you have to click invisible buttons at the top of the screen several times in order to get the screen to pop up. However, as an app for checking grades it’s perfectly fine, I just wish it let you know how to operate the app beyond just checking your grades.
