- Most of the good fonts are locked and require a premium subscription to access.

- The app has a lot of ads, which can be annoying.

- Some users feel that the app is geared more towards kids than adults.

- Some users wish that more fonts were available for free without having to pay for a subscription.

To resolve Cool Fonts network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Cool Fonts App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cool Fonts » click [Force Stop]

Clear Cool Fonts App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cool Fonts » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cool Fonts.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cool Fonts » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cool Fonts » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cool Fonts
