Our hospital decided on this app for 2 factor authentication and it is terrible. It take 30 seconds for the notification to work when it actually is working. Many times no notification comes at all. The app crashes constantly for no apparent reason—it actually looks likes the software was designed to intentionally crash its so consistent. Save yourself the time and headache and look elsewhere.

Downloaded the app but can’t do anything with it. When clicking on accounts it says "This is a companion app and needs an enrollment link." The app is not responsive

I have an excellent TOTP app installed that includes ALL of my other MFA logins. Why do I need to install this rinky-dink specialized app for a single TOTP login? Fire whomever authorized this decision.
