Can’t get it to add photos seems it stuck on the last photo I used which I want to dump but no way to do that either. The app just seems stuck ☹️

I’ve had this repix app for a long time and every time I’ve changed phones I’ve never had a problem with transferring it to my new phone ! Til now my iPhone 13 says the app is not available for my phone please fix this I need my app

How to fix Repix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Repix app on iPhone
Update Repix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Repix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Repix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Repix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Repix Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Repix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Repix App
1. On android, goto Settings » Repix » click [Force Stop]

Update Repix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Repix App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Repix » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Repix.

Fix Repix unable to contact server/ Repix internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Repix » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Repix » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Repix
