Can’t get it to add photos seems it stuck on the last photo I used which I want to dump but no way to do that either. The app just seems stuck ☹️

I’ve had this repix app for a long time and every time I’ve changed phones I’ve never had a problem with transferring it to my new phone ! Til now my iPhone 13 says the app is not available for my phone please fix this I need my app

How to fix Repix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Repix app on iPhone
Update Repix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Repix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Repix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Repix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Repix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Repix app issues:

Force Stop the Repix App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Repix app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Repix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Repix App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Repix app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Repix.

Fix Repix unable to contact server/ Repix internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Repix » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Repix » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Repix on android.
