I like the features of this app. I subscribe to several magazines and this is the only one that I can zoom and scroll across pages. But, if I canβt load or read the most recent issue, the app becomes worthless. Please fix issue.

The app crashes every time you open offline and now even online. When i contacted customer service tech support blamed the problem on my Ipad. But if you read all the reviews they are all the same for the last few years. Crashes and more crashes problems and more problems. The magazine is very good but in 2017 they are still not able to fix the app for us to read on a ipad maybe it is time to get a new tech team. What do you think?

Initially this was an app that you could rely on to work when you needed it to. But for some time now it's become worthless in the sense that even if you buy the digital subscription and add the subscription information, you have to buy the individual issues. I even have a free subscription from goodsam's and it still doesn't change it. I've emailed them and nothing. I'm not going to renew my digital subscription because it doesn't work.
