5 Most reported problems 😔💔
I am able to view tvnz+ on my desk top computer but as of yesterday not my 2018 Samsung smart tv. This is since I was instructed to re-enter my details. Which I did. The message I get on my tv says 'Platform not initialised yet', Error code: APP 000005. Is there something I can do to fix this issue, or do I need to wait?
I keep getting booted out of watching tvnz+. I get a message on my tv saying my wi fi is not connected to my internet. So I have spent hours talking to my internet provider and they I am definately connected and to contact tvnz+ and see if they have uncounted this issue and what to do??? PLEASE help as this is driving me insane and I am a bit out of my depth IT wise.

Downloaded this trash for nothing, wasted my time and the first thing that happens when I click the app it says it’s only for our lucky viewers in NZ. This is garbage do NOT DOWNLOAD 👎

I downloaded this app to watch Renters only to find out this wasn’t an app that brought NZ shows to other parts of the world. This is an app that keeps NZ shows… streaming in NZ. The company needs to optimize its full potential and work to make this service available worldwide. It could be wildly successful especially with clips from some of these shows only streaming on here going viral on social media right now.

This app is the devil incarnate because:
1. It’s only for New Zealand which limits potential viewers,
and worse
2. If you have vpn turned on for NZ it still doesn’t work it says you have to be in New Zealand.
This leads me to believe that the app creators think that New Zealand doesn’t exist or maybe they flunked geography and astronomy as a child and seem to think it is a moon for Jupiter 🤨
