Please excuse me for the email and/or phone call I may have sent today. I reported that I did not receive my Sunday paper on 12/2/23 and 11/19/23. I just realized that today is Saturday `12/2/23. Otherwise, I did not receive it on 11/19/23. Please forgive me of my mistake. Thank You

12/2/23 It is now 10:05 am and have not received my Sunday paper! I have tried calling twice, just to be told by an answering machine that you are closed, but Sunday hours are 8:00 am to 2:00 pm! I am not happy about not getting my paper then not being able to talk to a representative. This is the second time this has happened. November 19, 2023, I did not receive my paper. I called and was told that I would receive it that day. Well, it never showed up! What is the problem? I pay and have been a customer for several years. I look forward to Sunday paper for the local news and coupons! Coupons when there is some, that is! Please correct this problem!

Nov. 26, 2023: Did NOT receive the Sunday paper today. I also thought that my subscription included the Thanksgiving paper which I did not receive also. contact me a 315-581-7295 (cell).

I cannot express how upset I am at your paper. I was a subscriber and put my account on seasonal in January. I had a balance of $46.43 which I was told would be held so my account could be restarted upon my return. I was not told it would be refunded to me. It was supposed to remain there and when I returned, all I had to do was to call and restart my subscription at my current rate of $2.99/week for Thursday and Sunday delivery. Now, when I try to restart my subscription, I am told that Thursday and Sunday delivery will now be $14.99/week. WOW! That is 5 times the rate I was paying. I was told that was this was the only rate available now. I also got a postcard a couple of months ago with an offer of 99 cents a week for Sunday. They are telling me this is no longer available. The last invoice I received also showed all subscription rates at $2.99/week. At that time (11/22), I renewed for 24 weeks for $71.76. What can you do to help me restore my service as it was at that time? I hope the Post-Standard wishes to restore my account as it was. Thank you for your consideration.

My account number is # 5166928. I was notified this morning of a delay in the sunday paper - it is now 2:00 p.m. and there is no paper. At this time in the year it is most important to receive the paper for holiday shopping, grocery store ads, etc. Are we going to receive it?

my problem: WL Staff Services has had a subscription to the Post Standard for 20 years plus. It is delivered to our office in the morning. When we started the subscription, it was a Monday through Friday delivery, then several years ago the Post Standard changed its delivery to only a Tuesday and Thursday weekly delivery. Our company made the adjustment. Just recently (actually only twice) we have come in on a Monday to find a Sunday paper laying outside of our locked-up building (no one is working on the weekends). This Sunday my boss received a notification that his paper delivery on Sunday was running late (by the way the paper wasn't even at our building this morning so how late exactly is it going to be?)....he thought that was odd because he didn't receive the Sunday paper. He then called Customer Service to ask what was going on only to find out that his business was being charged all along for a Sunday paper (that has never been ordered or received). he asked if he could receive some sort of refund and the customer service representative said no. This is not acceptable that you are charging our company not only for a paper that we did not order but for a paper that we do not receive. The carrier may say he or she is delivering it but that is untrue. Something needs to be done to rectify this huge error or we will be forced to cancel our subscription .

Updated format layout unnecessary

I used to be able to read the paper without my glasses because I could enlarge the print on the page, by enlarging the article itself. The new format limits the page size to a specific rectangle, a third of the size of the page. While you can change the size of the font, the overall amount of content is limited to this smaller than page size rectangle making reading cumbersome. Bring back the old layout !

Awful

Give me back the old app where I could fit the newspaper once and be done. Where are the arrows you mention to turn the pages and what happened to the live news icon. You had a good thing and ruined it! Please explain to me if you send me an email telling me the subscription is now available I have to sign to access the paper you just told me was available? DUMB DUMB DUMB. Now you want a rating that doesn’t deserve even one star or a review cannot be sent. My rating is -5stars and counting!

Very disappointed with this new version of the post-standard. Have appreciated so much the “Live News” page on many of the previous versions and have not found it on this version. I find this version very clumsy. Want the previous one back.
