if you do not allow location in your settings, MyPriceChopper is completely useless. there is no way to forward or back, even if you are on the map, selecting your preferred store, you are stuck in Missouri, it seems;
so, unless you live there, you can’t use MyPriceChopper , it is dead in the water, or, on the corn fields, i don’t think it was near the river, not sure. i had it right next to the main road, going through town, essentially Old Broadway, coming straight up from the fabled one, but no, nothin’....
forgot why i never had it installed, i guess this was why.

Every other reward card I have easily goes into my Apple wallet for quick access at the checkout. I’ve seriously chosen to go other places when I don’t need something I can only find in your store simply because of the easier checkout. Work on this, please.

Sure it gives the weekly ad info but I mainly intended to use it for my grocery list. That was a mistake but the website is the same way. If it had a better shopping list I would give more stars. Take some notes from Publix on their app which tells you locations of each item on the list instead of 20+ items being lumped in as “grocery.”

I finally figured out how to sign up with MyPriceChopper . It takes you to a website, that tells you that you need a rewards card. I got the rewards card, signed up with a saved password, and I still can’t get into MyPriceChopper . To make matters worse, I can’t even see what I’m typing in the fields, because it has a very slightly off-white text on a white background. Fail, Price Chopper.

MyPriceChopper constantly keeps jumping to a store 30 miles from me, in a different state. When I search “butter” is says no items. I’ve had to “login” 3 times though I have never left MyPriceChopper . It keeps asking me to download MyPriceChopper , while in MyPriceChopper . I use all the other stores’ apps without these issues.

I have had MyPriceChopper on my phone for over 5 years with no problems. Last 3 months, I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times only for it not to open. Or, it will go to the login screen, enter my information and it just times out.
What happened? It is useless to me like this.

Need to be able to add reward card into Apple Wallet for quick access please.

Also need a way to scan barcode at self checkout.

It would be nice if I enter ketchup into the search bar to be able to see all brands available like other grocery stores do.

Not being able to look up specific items makes me shop at other stores like HyVee and Aldi over Price Chopper.

A big headache and invasion of privacy. It demands your email, location, etc. You will save 5 times as much shopping at Aldi with none of these games. I tried MyPriceChopper a year ago and nothing had changed. Their marketing department must have its heads buried somewhere internally.

I tried to set up MyPriceChopper a year ago and got so frustrated I gave up,I tried again hoping you would have fixed the incredibly difficult and quit honesty near impossible to navigate app and found it NO BETTER. 2021 people?

Suggestion allow customers to add their rewards card to Apple wallet

A scroll through the reviews shows way more than 10 and 90% of them are 1⭐️. Somehow Apple is letting developers toy with the system.

So far MyPriceChopper seems to do points tally okay. But I get a points tally on my receipt, so . . . . Whatever. Needs integration with Apple wallet.

I can’t even log in to my account. And I know the information is accurate since I have no issues logging in on my computer. Even tried resetting the password - still no luck.

I can no longer search by category to make my list and my recipes are now gone. There’s no point to an app if I have to go to a website to find what I need. This new version is not good.

Poor execution. Repetitively asked you to sign in. Can’t see choice of search items on the front page. Need a lot of work. I am going to another store.

Text does not shown up when trying to log in. Tried to set my store, only let me choose a store in Kansas City. Piece of garbage. Deleted after the first 5 minutes.

The worst grocery store app around. Logs me out, forces a p/w change each time I open it. Won’t let me check-out. This is shameful and should...

Tried to place an order but couldn’t get past allowing instacart access to my phone. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!!!!! Worthless!!

Tough to like when it hangs up twice just trying to create account. Not worth ghe bother.

Totally useless. In this day and age of on line ordering and curbside pickup PRICE CHOPPER has missed the boat!
What’s the point?
Can’t search items.
Repeatedly had to choose my preferred store.
No online ordering without taking me to a third party.

Deleting it now - same day I got it!

Would like to be able to see what varieties are available for products when the ad states select varieties. Other competitors apps allow the select varieties to be seen.

MyPriceChopper displays sale items that are not available at a particular store. For example, stores in Kansas do not sell hard liquor but the items are being shown under Liquor and Beer.

Having just downloaded MyPriceChopper, it seems good so far. The only issue I have is the difference between their "Sales" items and "All Products" I clicked on "Sales" thinking this to be their weekly ad, but it takes you to a page called "Our Top Pics" which only lists a few items. Their "All Products" page seems to be the weekly ad?
I do love knowing when those prices will end!

I can’t get MyPriceChopper to scan my card or accept my email which is accurate. It’s not integrated enough to use with Instacart which it should be. It keeps defaulting to a store location that has been closed for over a year. Why is it still on there? Update! Really love Instacart with a busy family life but MyPriceChopper isn’t helpful, when I can’t see the ads, specials or anything! So frustrated right now!

MyPriceChopper does not function most of the time. It crashes a lot and also I end up with random things in my cart. I have to swipe the item above what I want, to get the item I want in the cart sometimes, like the touch feature just doesn't line up. Very poor design, stopped using grocery list when I had trouble getting items to stay checked off. Would be nice to just look st ads but now it just keeps crashing.

What good is MyPriceChopper without being able to link your card to it or access the clipped coupons from the website? MyPriceChopper the website suggests using for online coupons doesn't even list Price Chopper as a card you can link, which leaves printing the coupons as the only option. Printing, really? No thanks. I spend more on the ink to print them than the money I would save.

MyPriceChopper works. About all I can say. Nothing ground breaking. Truly needs to implement iOS Passbook functions for Chopper Shopper rewards card though. Then and only then will it even be worth having MyPriceChopper on my iPhone.

At first glance, MyPriceChopper looks relatively good. But the main reason I downloaded it was to have my Price Chopper card available in passbook - like my Walgreens card. MyPriceChopper fails in those regards. This could be a major improvement in the next version.

Shopping list, current sales, and bonus rewards is great.

Features I'd like to see added:
1) Apple Wallet Rewards Card
2) Shopping list with aisle/shelf location based on selected store

Can not search for a specific product to see if it is in stock? If there is a way I can't find it. Maybe if registered user? But I don't want to register in another app (name, address, etc) unless I KNOW it is a useful app. I don't need more junk email or notifications. App is useless to me as is.

At least the latest version will display my rewards card. That moves MyPriceChopper from 1 to 2 stars. But still I have to hunt for MyPriceChopper which I refuse to do. Just add the rewards card to the Wallet. Seriously it's the only reason to have MyPriceChopper so get it done. Hy-Vee did it!
