Even the updates take this platform backwards. While I continue to use it, it’s only because I haven’t yet found a better solution. I’m done with this company until they start caring about their what their users want. They are clearly out of touch.

Crash after crash after crash. Virtually unusable.

The Mortgage Coach product is amazing...but you’ll have to use the desktop until they get MortgageCoach fixed.

It’s a great app in web browser.

On my iphone, I have to tap the menu or “leer en Español” or the user profile icon, several times for it to work.
Also, the Spanish version (leer en Español) has never worked for me. I am a bilingual loan officer so I see a lot of Spanish speaking people.

I suggest a Spanish version we can use in web browser. I would like to offer my Spanish clients, the same level of service and professionalism as my English speaking ones.

It does what it advertises; it gives you the info you need about your mortgage. However, why does the UI look like something out of a website from 2008? Last I checked, gradient buttons and excel-like spreadsheets for a small amount of data are not good design in 2017, especially on iOS. Also, why does it lock to landscape mode, when clearly it could work just as well in portrait?

Great idea but app keeps freezing.

I’d like to see a Mortgage Coach manual and how to do the lost popular and effective scenarios. As a new user, I’m finding it somewhat scattershot.

See your mortgage info right on your mobile device! Your loan officer can update your figures anytime and it updates instantly in MortgageCoach . The best feature is seeing the long term comparisons when you are trying to decide which loan to go with.

I've been waiting for MortgageCoach to arrive for a year and the only problem I have with it is that it did not get released sooner. Perfect, seamless integration with EDGE and a great mobile layout make this a great experience for my clients.

Some people can take days to check their email on their computer but they absolutely check their Iphone or Ipad. This has solved a problem I was having in getting people to take the time to review the information I send them about their loan options and gives them the opportunity to view the information they way THEY want to receive it.

This is a true knock your socks off experience and has re-invigorated my desire to get a report into every person's hands as fast as possible. It has already made me a better loan officer and a better resource for my clients. Every loan officer needs EDGE and Mortgage Coach and every mortgage client deserves an EDGE report. Great Job Guys!!

Everyone is on their phones now and Edge keeps it simple and convenient for my clients to get all the same great information they have always expected from Mortgage Coach and Edge while they're on the go.

I provide a Mortgage Coach Edge Report to all of my prospective clients. While most loan officers only provide an estimate of rates, fees and payments, Mortgage Coach allows me to not only educate my clients on their loan options but also demonstrate which options best meet their short and long-term financial goals.

I don’t know what to say, this is a great piece of Science and Art. The live interaction with my client on the other end is spectacular. I have only used this product 95 times to date but I can see how every client deserves this level of service. There is no way to operate without this tool. It is hands-down the most useful way to educate about mortgage loan options it makes such a complex topic easy to digest.
