How to fix Buycott app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Buycott app on iPhone
Update Buycott app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Buycott iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Buycott on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Buycott network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Buycott Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Buycott not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Buycott App
1. On android, goto Settings » Buycott » click [Force Stop]

Update Buycott to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Buycott App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Buycott » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Buycott.

Fix Buycott unable to contact server/ Buycott internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Buycott » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Buycott » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
