It’s very disappointing to not be able to change payment methods, phone number or anything else online. If I can’t make important changes except by phone during regular daytime hours, what good is that in a world that is 24/7?

Other app was better, when it worked! I don't like the new one. Just downloaded it. Says you can manage tabs, but you can't. If you click on it the page is blank. And there are no tabs at the top of the page to manage. The articles are all over the place.
