My membership was cancelled back in June 2022 however, GradeSaver has been charging my credit card monthly since. I have emailed GradeSaver on at least 5 occasions and my credit card is still being charged. All of these charges are unauthorized. You are NOT authorized to charge my credit card.
Hi - I tried to renew my annual subscription with my corporate card but it refuses to accept and only says there is a problem with the credit card and does not mention explicitly what the problem is. please advise . Thanks
Someone setup a completely fraudulent account with a stolen credit card number. This company seems fake and sketchy.

I have three charges from grade saver…I should only have 1. One is for 19.99, one is for 99.99 and then the third is 19.99. I want the first two removed from my debit card and the money returned as I did not authorize the first two.

I got this app a couple months ago for the Iliad. I really needed the summary for the book so I bought the premium subscription. The details on it were great and all but now i can't cancel the subscription and they keep charging my card 6.46$ every month now. Don't waste the money!

I downloaded the app thinking it was going to help but it has some books and it does nothing, only has summaries, if you want more features you must subscribe and pay every month

Why do I have to pay for a subscription when it is free on the website? Because you don't get money from advertisements in the app. ADD THEM. Then give an option to subscribe for no advertisements.
