The app is supposed to be a reader for present and past print medium. It is chalked full of ads. It is also designed by lesser skilled programmers as they have failed to follow and incorporate some critically important iOS standards that make iOS apps behave, look, feel and operate similarly. This makes for a completely frustrating experience. If the irony of this isn’t on the radar of ADDitude then I have some stiff words for their lack of basic awareness. Other developers have made magazine readers and found success with their audience. Wake up and pay attention. The articles are increasingly basic and not enlightening in terms of keeping up with the current landscape of ADHD/LD research. It is largely information that is generally known to most or a quick Google search away. Their content used to be helpful to the reader. Now the balance strikes heavily in favor of quantity over quality. There are currently better resources online to keep up to speed with ADHD/LD. ADDitude used to be one of those but that is no longer the case. I still thank them for past quality contributions. But they’ve fallen behind and aren’t aware of it yet.

I like the magazine so much that I paid for a digital subscription to access back issues. App does not work! I’m good with computers and phones...it’s not me it’s is app. I see all the other negative reviews of the app. Why have you guys not fixed this or removed the app from the store. This is not a responsible thing to do with your brand/product. Get it together guys.

Wow! A news app designed to be used by people considered “Neuroatypical”. Nice idea. Unfortunately, the app has the design and UI flow of an archaic HTML site from the 1990s. Needs a top to bottom reworking (imho). The fact that the reviews here are largely negative and years old makes me want to end my subscription.
