BostonCeltics is just not good. When I first open it the home page is blank. Nothing shows up unless I tap the schedule icon. Then I can hit the home icon and see the home page content.

Also - I’ll have an icon badge showing multiple notifications but there is no way that I can find in BostonCeltics what those notifications were about. They also don’t show up in my notifications list so unless I happen to see them pop up live, I don’t see them ever. I assume that is not how it’s supposed to work.

BostonCeltics is most useful for checking scores and following game action - that seems to work okay for me usually.

As a STH I used BostonCeltics to sell tickets. Prior to the update, I was able to see recent listings and sales and that helped establish my pricing. And now I cannot even see what I have listed it at in case I want to edit
Other than that, BostonCeltics is fine. But without that feature it is disappointing to me

As a season ticket holder I liked being able to see what other tickets sold for in my section so I get a good sense on how much to list the games I couldn’t go to. New version does not allow you to do that. Have to switch to Ticketmaster to see what they are listed at now.

I honestly think it’s a great app. Gives you all the stats, the scores, upcoming games, standings, and just about everything you need in a sports app.

I think BostonCeltics needs to be updated with a redesigned home screen.

I’m a season ticket holder and have had nothing but issues this year with BostonCeltics..before it was just minor things but now I’m unable to list any games for sale.

Trying to open BostonCeltics just crashes after a few seconds of loading

It’s useless if I can’t even sign in to get my season tickets even though it’s under my husband’s account. Works on his phone but won’t on mine and I go to most of the games.

BostonCeltics used to send game notifications, not sure what happened. That was the only reason I used BostonCeltics, now I’ll find another that notifies me when there’s a game.

Today's update for iPhone returns me to desktop and won't open. Very frustrating. I wish I had not updated. How do I get the old version back?

I downloaded BostonCeltics to play Celtics bingo today. I made a login and clicked on the Celtics bingo card which dropped me back to the home screen. This is not the expected user experience.

No notifications or score updates

Downloaded BostonCeltics to play celtics bingo.... which I cannot find anywhere.

Not only does it take forever to get anything decent like the T-Shirt I earned but when I turned in my points the shirt was never delivered

BostonCeltics is by far my worst app. I have trouble accessing my tickets almost every time I try.

I couldn’t find bingo and I’m now mad.

The streaming needs fix

They don't even bother to update their roster

Better than using the web interface on my iPhone, but there’s some bugs.
Clicking on the bubble next to an event to manage tickets yields varying results. Sometimes it says there’s no tickets associated with the event, and others it takes me to the event and my tickets.

For events where I sold my tickets via Celtics resale site, it shows the combined total sale price as the sell price for each ticket.

Most annoyingly, after clicking on an event within account manager, the brightness on the iPhone goes to its maximum and status that way if you click out BostonCeltics , but goes to the minimum if you navigate back to the list of events. Decent, but buggy.
