How to fix Read app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Read app on iPhone
Update Read app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Read iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Read on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Read network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Read Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Read not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Read App
1. On android, goto Settings » Read » click [Force Stop]

Update Read to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Read App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Read » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Read.

Fix Read unable to contact server/ Read internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Read » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Read » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Read
