I have a problem with Read

I updated the app yesterday and it just keeps crashing despite uninstalling it twice,force stopping it and a hard reset

To resolve Read network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Read App
1. On android, goto Settings » Read » click [Force Stop]

Clear Read App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Read » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Read.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Read » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Read » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Read
