I’ve always hope NH hasn’t overpaid to have this outside firm manage the online scratch ticket and games. I’ve used it many times over the years. With the latest update it doesn’t even work. I’ve talked with the company and the State Lottery office and a few weeks ago had been told the upgrade didn’t go as planned and many can no longer use it. How much money has the state lost this month?

I downloaded NHLottery and it never remembers my password… I’ve had to go into it around 10 times to reset my password. Now it locks me out for too many attempts to log in. Unbelievable!!!!

They’ll take your money without hesitation. When you wish to withdraw your earnings, they make sure it’s the biggest hassle they can possibly make it. I’ve gotta work with my online banking to get a VOIDED CHECK just to “confirm my identity” for a withdrawal. What year is this? Take a few Pennie’s to the account and then ask me how much y’all took for a verification method like everyone else does in the 2020s.

They’d rather you just keep the winning cash on NHLottery itself. NHLottery captures pretty well New Hampshire’s technical ineptitude with even very small things. Get Draft Kings, NEVER use a small NH product.

They ask you to scan your ticket to enter other drawings and the stupid app can’t even focus on the ticket to be able to scan it. Totally useless.

App is a joke. Never works. Always says the invalid log in though can log into the website no issues. Don’t bother more of a frustration than anything

The only reason to have this is to check tickets, and that doesn’t work. It either pumps up the brightness on the camera until your screen is pure white, or even if it doesn’t, it will still refuse to detect any barcodes whatsoever.

Can’t even see your account balance or purchase anything. What a waste.

For three days I have not been able to scan tickets!!! It always says “ unable to verify ticket. Please try again later”…..

NHLottery is only for checking winning numbers as far as I can tell. I was hoping for a better alternative to the mobile website but was disappointed.

NHLottery is required to sign up for a second chance drawing. NHLottery seems like it will open when I tap it, then it just crashes. I guess my luck has run out... no 2nd chance drawing for me.

Been trying to make my account for almost an hour and when I get to the last step where there is no password it just keeps telling me password wrong but like I said the last step don’t have a password spot ?????

I played a Mega Millions ticket with 2 quick pick draws… one on Feb 3 and the other On Feb 7 (tonight). The second draw did not occur yet. However, when I scan the ticket now, it says ‘This is a non-winning ticket’. It should indicate that there are still unplayed games/draws remaining on the ticket.

I downloaded NHLottery because I found out that my stepfather had entered his email into a survey to get a free book of Scratch-Offs. I wanted to try it myself and see if I could get anything out of it anyway the problem with that is that When I click the button to create an account some weird loading screen comes up and nothing happens after that Your my603rewards site doesn’t work either I tried that as well and I got 504 error

Splash screen comes up and then it crashes.

How do you buy tickets.

Can’t play any games on NHLottery . Kinda useless, I can play most games on their normal website!

Has not worked at all for past 2 days. When is it going to be working again?

It appears one cannot purchase iLottery tickets for upcoming draws like powerball and megabucks. Can’t play iLottery scratch games. NHLottery just provides info about current and past jackpots, and how to play. You can scan physical scratch tickets to see if they are winners. I was hoping NHLottery was an alternative to using the iLottery web site to play games, make deposits and other account management but it doesn’t look to be the case. Lost opportunity…

It’s beyond aggravating that it takes 3 minutes after the last draw before NHLottery displays the Keno results. A bunch of us were at the bar trying out NHLottery and that was the number one complaint.

Please fix and you got 5 stars.

Scans my tickets to see if I’ve won anything quickly and efficiently. That’s all I need! Nicely done ~

NHLottery is for checking tickets and entering second chance! I love it works amazing, NHLottery is not for playing online casino games

Thanks for putting out a stable first release! And thank you for not using white text on the yellow nav bar! I don’t know why people love using yellow and white together.
