Toolbox for Pages: Templates Reviews

I use this application on my desktop daily for my business. Toolbox lets you create professional, corporate-branded documents, flyers, invoices, presentations, marketing materials, signage, brochures, gift cards and a million other things in between.

Toolbox makes it feel like you have a full-time graphics designer on staff.

Toolbox works beautifully and consistently. Most importantly, the content is updated regularly. I cannot recommend this purchase enough. I have been using this app for Pages for almost three years and this has every single thing I need to run my office. The templates are very easy to edit. The icon elements are also very easy to copy and paste from one document into the document you need it on.

I could not recommend a subscription to Toolbox enough. I use it almost daily for a variety of tasks. There are so many professional/corporate templates available for everything from brochures, to presentations, and also an impressive collection of icons/graphic elements to really customize any template for ANY line of business.

I even love the invoices, resumes and monthly updates of new templates that can be stored directly on to your computer for future use to ensure a cohesive branded theme. Get it. You won't regret it.

Update: I downloaded this app a couple of years ago for a specific need, and I've used it for a number of projects since. This latest update is full of great stuff I'm looking forward to using. this app is a bargain, especially if you can snag it at the special price!

I needed to create a professional-looking form for an organization I volunteer for, purchased one of these templates, and found it so easy to use I decided to get the whole package. Pages can be a bit tricky to do anything really sophisticated with, but starting with one of these templates makes it a breeze. And there's a whole slew of frames, infographics, and other elements to use in tons of projects, both personal and professional.

I've been a user since the main this app for iWork app came out and it was always my go to, it got me through many presentations in college and now with this new app, it's getting me through team meetings and board presentations.

I had an issue with the whole transfer from TfiWork to TfPages, I reached out to them through their "contact us" form on their site and Algirdas Unguvaitis, General Manager, handled the situation incredibly well and got everything working for me right away, they responded super fast and were excellent at taking care of me.

I will continue to use their apps as long as I can, great apps, great team and great service!

This is a must have product. A rare software buy in the market as you pay once and it keeps getting new content and updates. The Mac has become very expensive to keep software up to date. Apple should stop the yearly upgrades to the OS and release updates like they used to do.

Apple has become so greedy in their business practice. They want you buying new hardware constantly. The way they go about their business model is giving software developers yearly opportunities to charge for updates. It is frustratingly expensive keeping everything up to date.

The shine is coming off the apple...

App devs, I wanted to suggest a template that I just searched and didn't find: an anotated bibliography, with the ability to use any style on, but especially APA and MLA. It's definitely lazy on my part to hope for this, but I tend to get ugly when I make these and I am about to make a big one for my business's marketing materials.

As for my opinion on Toolbox : An excellent assortment of templates, which have so far worked well with pages. There is also a this app for Keynote as well, which I haven't used enough to have an opinion on, but you should check it out if you haven't already.

UPDATE: I have another request. In your medical images, you have the Caduceus. The Caduceus is a symbol if commerce. It's usage in medical contexts started with the US army making a logo using it ages ago and it has just never been able to fade out of use as a medical symbol since.

My point: I need the actual symbol for medicine. It is call the Rod of Asclepius. It's similar, but has only one snake, not two. Can you please update with the Rod so it can be used for medical images?

I downloaded Toolbox and tried the Free templates available. I really like them. The issue is that when I went to purchase the full package there was a 43% off discount advertised but there were no instructions on how to access the discount and the discount did not automaticall apply when you went to purchase Toolbox . This was so disapointing i didn’t purchase it even though I was completely ok with the price without the discount. If I am able to purchase Toolbox at the discounted price I will update this post.

I like the templates that are here, but am frustrated by the lack of categories when I am searching for something and the fact that there really don't seem to be that many templates to choose from, at least in the categories I am searching through. I scroll and reach the end of the category without finding something that is close to being right, so I have to be creative with something else that is available. If there were 30,000 templates, it seems I would keep scrolling and scrolling and scrolling with seemlessly endless options. That is simply not the case. It doesn't take much scrolling to get to the end of the categories I use the most.

Toolbox itself is free, but you have to pay for anything you want to use. I needed resume templates for pages and every single template is around $2.99. Not only that but the search feature needs to be improved. When I search for “RESUME” it brings up a million “CV” or “COVER LETTER” templates plus “RESUME” templates, so you have to scroll through quite a few of those before even finding resumes…. It could be improved. Just a waste of time for me right now. Also, a good deal of the resume templates include resumes with profile picture spots. Maybe some people like using their pictures on a resume, but I just find it to be a great way to distract from the applicants actual job skills and an unintentional way to discriminate against applicants.

I was skeptical that the templates would be useful because I am really picky. I bought Toolbox anyway because I needed more appealing doucments and to move faster in getting stuff done.

"this app for Pages - Templates" has very good templates and many, many to choose from. If you are on the fence and need to get a flyer, report, document, etc. out the door, do yourself a favor, buy Toolbox and use one of its templats. I’m happy.

I have been very pleased with this app for Pages because it has made my marketing efforts much simiplier. The templates are easily adaptable to my needs, replacing images and text within a professional layout. I am able to pull together something with a few thoughts that is attractive and informative. If you don’t have access to a graphic designer, this is the product for you.

Absolutely love Pages and this app for Pages. The ease of use and lack of errors and issues is amaizing. The constant updates are like having a personal pages coder in my head listening to what I think should be done and then doing it ;)

Comparing Pages to Word is like comparing a lamborgini to the Model T Ford. They both have four wheels but thats about all they have in common. Pages and this app for Pages is just amazing.

I have owned this for years and was one of the best purchases I have every made for my Mac. Toolbox creators have added so much content over the past 10 years and it is all included from my original purchase. Each template can be broken down piece by piece and you can utilize the objects as you see fit. Thank you Jumsoft!

I have owned Jumsoft software for 14 years and absolutely love it. I use primarily the logos and branding, but everything they make is clean, professional, but also FUN. I used to use it for making newsletters for my moms group, now I use it to build apps and websites. Their support is also fantastic and they've remembered me over the years!! I recommend Jumsoft to everyone I can possibly tell. It's well worth the money.

I’ve been using this app for a few years now as my go-to when I need something extra creative, and it always delivers. Every template I’ve bought has been worth the money, and the cost is very reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about this app for Pages . . . along with ALL of Jumsoft’s products. I’m no graphic designer, but I can manipulate a template with the best of ‘em. And these templates are top of the line! I’ve gotten compliments on documents andpresentations and I owe it all to Jumsoft. Customer service is also second-to-none! Excellent communication via email no matter when I need help. I heartily recommend Jumsoft. It’s money well spent.

I purchased Toolbox in order to try some of the templates that were being demonstrated, and I have not been disappointed in the least! I have used a large number of different templates for an assortment of purposes around home and around the office. Some days I look like a creative genius! I recommend this product without any reservations!

While using Toolbox I came across the one only and only prisoner character and it was a colored person. Then a few rows below it is was an image of different colored hands being held titled "Stop Racism". How can racism be stopped when images of a colored indivduals are protrayed as "prisoners"? It is images like these in our society that create bias belifes and racism implementing the notion that people of color are bad. Racism can be stopped when images singling out a group of people don't exist. Developers of Toolbox must not have people of color on their team because this is very disappointing.

I'm no designer, and was charged by my boss to 'make Q3 highlights into an infographic. this app has so many templates and elements that you can find the elements you need and modify them to make the end product your own. Super impressive app. While the price may seem high, it's worth it to get the 'full boat' and have access to everything.

I purchased this app when it first came out years ago. Since then it has saved me countless hours helping me deliver quality graphics time and time again. I love the regular updates and the easy ability to customize. This high quality simple to use treasure is worth its weight in gold and then some.

Until a few months ago, I'd never really done the design on content creation projects for my firm's clients. A colleague suggested this app for Pages for a monthly newsletter project, and I figured I'd give it a try. What I'm able to create now makes me look like a design genius! (Plus, with these templates, the finished product rivals a much higher-priced designer's work.) Thanks!
