Please fix the banning system it’s unfair to your players who loses integrity by simply losing a game (FYI losing is part of the game believe it or not). I recently lost a match and I did everything I could to win but the enemy team simply bested us by having a better comp and synergy. Kills were given to the over powered enemy heroes(not willingly of course) and we just couldn’t make a come back, by the 10 minute mark everyone was 1-7-0 on my team my team did not want to surrender but wouldn’t fight as a team either and ignored going for the turrets they just wanted kills, so strongly believe we lost the game convincingly, but someone had the bright idea to report everyone else when we all equally did terrible. I was reported for feeding and I lost integrity but my deaths was all involved in team fights and defending my base, idk what they expect should I stay in base and avoid dying? No I had to take a risk with the team to win. Now if I ran down mid and purposely gave enemy the kills then yes I deserve that report but no I got for simply losing. Most likely the developers won’t given read this but I stopped buying skins to support this game when they simply don’t care about their players they just want the money. Perhaps I should just report every player who has more than 3 deaths in their KDA since this is how the developers define feeding

I really enjoyed this game and it was the first game that I actually thought was worth spending money in but it was quickly ruined for me when someone reported me for just playing badly as adc for one round even though I normally am the mvp of all the rounds I’ve played. Playing as adc can be difficult if you don’t get enough gold early on in the game but when you are getting 4v1 in the beginning of the game, it’s impossible to get the gear necessary to be a good adc. But I was reported and got integrity removed for getting killed in the beginning of the game after being ganged up by four of the opposing team. The game managers didn’t even ask if there was any reason behind the report, they just automatically reduced the points. Also, one of my teammates were afk and they also contributed to the difficulties. Therefore, I do not like this game anymore and refuse to spend any money. There should at least be a few questions asked before reducing integrity that can cause you to be restricted from certain of the games features. It is ridiculous that you can be reported for just struggling in this game

I used to love this game around the time when it was still relatively new... Now... not so much. The more recently added heroes have a play-style designed to be unique at the expense of making them overpowered or broken. For example, ADCs are supposed to do damage but be fragile at the same time... but a lot of ADCs have directional blink skills that allow them to escape. In fact, so many heroes are given an ability that allows them to safely retreat. There’s a thing called competitive balance... yet, in this game, you simply have to play newer broken heroes to win. Old heroes are left to rot in the dust. That’s just one thing that’s flawed with this game.. The game still isn’t smooth even when high frame rate is set. There isn’t a recall ability like most games either.. instead there’s teleport which you have to rely on to get back to the base safely. The game world chat is filled with toxic & racist people. I could write a whole essay on why this game is terrible...
