Trying to set a custom color for fill and brush doesn’t set the color. You pick the color from the custom adjustment, it’s there and you choose it and then it doesn’t change to that color. Either it’s a bug or you’ve got a not so intelligent way of actually assigning the color to the tool because I can’t figure out how to pick it… even setting it as a favorite doesn’t assign it and I’m clicking on it to use it but it doesn’t set the tool to that color.

When editing a picture via the action menu within iOS 13 (where it doesn’t actually open YouDoodlePro and import the photo, when saved, the edited photo and it’s contents resolution goes down the drain. Everything is blurry and bad. You need to fix this ASAP!

YouDoodlePro is absolutely the best app on the market for the price it does everything you would like a small business to do. It does everything you would like a small artist business to do. It does everything eat start up comic business you would like it to do. It does everything a creative child would like it to do. It has everything except for the kind of service you would expect from a great company. If you have a problem you have a problem. The only way to reach them is by E email. And then you wait. Waiting for it can be a day. Wonderful! Wait could be four days or more :-( not so wonderful especially if you’re in production and you’re trying to get something out the door. Not so wonderful frown face :-(. I have a problem I believe very honestly it was caused by this application and two other applications are telling me the same. And I can’t get any answers and so I’m basically stuck I’m stuck and I cannot access my photos major problem I cannot access the recent photos that I need for this project again major problem is the wonderful product terrific product does everything you want to do except offer great service , if your looking for great service may wanna try something else

[ALERT TO THE DEVELOPER] i don’t know what could have happened, but you doodle pro refused to open on my iPhone 13 just now. my most previous use was about 6 months ago. it seems to be working as expected after a quick delete/re-install.
so, i thought i’d mention it here for the benefit of other users who might experience the issue & to let you know, as well. i’ve not changed my rating nor my prior review & i probably never will. i am grateful for your continued work & loyalty to your app store customers.

someone showed me you doodle! i bought my ipad pro & apple pencil in 2018 after just a few months of playing with YouDoodlePro on my phone. seriously, i was the kid that nearly failed art classes growing up. 5 yrs with YouDoodlePro plus the addition of a dslr & i feel like i can legitimately legitimately call myself a “graphic artist”. “pro” tip for everyone struggling with having only 2 layers: build all your little pieces individually, save them to your sketchbook, & then layer them into your final product. i wish i could post some examples of my work here in my review. i will always recommend you doodle to anyone that will listen!

It sounds cheesy, but I'm a dad, husband, brother, son, uncle and all that plus a few. I'm not the best at drawing but love to, none the less. I have crashed my iPad a million times trying to do something I thought the apps should do. Downloaded a million different apps to change a color photo to B&W, so I could draw over it or blend 2 pics together. I tried you doodle (free) seriously for 2 days, and bought the pay app. I hardly ever pay for apps because they are usually fun for a week and then....bye bye 2.99. I just purchased the bundle of 4 w/ you doodle pro. I have not even looked at the new ones yet. I am seriously loving YouDoodlePro, since day one and that was months ago. There is nothing you can't do with YouDoodlePro. I literally learn a new trick everyday. My world is kids, wife, whatever else, then my time. I spend every bit of it on YouDoodlePro, thank you for the hard work. You can tell in every detail you put everything in it. Love YouDoodlePro.....

I’ve been using (addicted to) YouDoodlePro since it came out. Why? 1. Jeff, the Developer, is so responsive to questions. I feel as if I know him, we’ve chatted so many times. 2. Jeff is constantly improving, updating and tweaking the inner workings of YouDoodlePro. 3. I can do ANYTHING in YouDoodlePro, including: -landscape construction -quilt design -greeting card design (I use photos of person & make collage & send) -building design -I save LOTS of pics & when I need to clear some space, I put related groups on YDP pages to save them -Framing photos of family by Googling samples & creating spectacular easily sent pics -using filters, I can adjust photos in many ways -Creating tickets & flyers to advertise my work -many more 4. I use YDP every day, sometimes just to doodle or explore. I learn something new every day. Keep up the good work, Jeff. Your efforts do not go unnoticed.

I've used YouDoodlePro a few times / I really don't know how to do many of the applications, but the ones I've used I like / Ralph I want to tell you that I'm just discovering the nuances of color by decreasing the intensity therefore I can melt colors together and I'm very happy about that /DOBBY / Ralph i’ve been using YouDoodlePro a lot and I kind of wish I could manipulate photos before putting them into the application with the paint program but I don’t know whether the program can do it or I just don’t know / RalphWhen you reach a certain number in the color chart, my question is, can you save that number and be able to go back to it instantly and do that with every color combination that you run into then it becomes more of a pallet that you could use at least for me but I enjoy this program. I’m doing my Christmas card right now.

There are different flavors of photo editors out there and this is my favorite for getting creative with images, adding text, or blurring out backgrounds or unwanted objects etc.

I originally discovered YouDoodlePro in search of something I could blur and or smudge things out with like on Photoshop. It was exactly what I was looking for plus some.
I went pro pretty soon after trying it. I think it came in a bundle for a good price with like 2 or 3 other apps that I honestly barely ever used. Im not sure if I even still have those.

I use the stock iPhone editor for enhancements and making photos look nice. But when I want to get creative, I have/had like 9 other apps I have tried and could use, but this is the one I always end up using. The rest are a waste of space for real.

I would (and do) recommend YouDoodlePro to anyone looking to draw on a photo, make illustrator or photoshop like changes, blur or censor something, or add creative text or any other creative touch within this apps ability.

If YouDoodlePro is ever abandoned and becomes obsolete, I will be very unhappy. Unhappy because I know of no good alternative and I will miss the fill textures/patterns.

Not much to add to my previous review itself, as I’m still loving YouDoodlePro and all it can do. I just had to say the amount of work the developer puts into YouDoodlePro is incredible. While so many other developers slap on an often unjustifiably highly subscription fee to access their “premium” features (which often just means YouDoodlePro itself), it’s so refreshing that you can just buy the pro version and get everything forever. And, on top of that, the developer churns out updates and new features all the time. It’s incredible.

YouDoodlePro is the best. Don't waste your time on others. The developer updates it regularly with great new features. Totally worth getting the pro version. I use it all the time and have been for years.

Update 2022:
I still love YouDoodlePro! So many amazing tools to use. My request is that more tutorials be made available. I am always trying to come up with new techniques. Thank you Jeff!

I’ve worked with many graphic apps, big name ones included, and recently discovered You Doodle. There are options and tools available to create what I want to. Easy to navigate, full of so many possibilities of what you can do. I recommend this to anyone who likes to edit photos, design your own images, and wants to have fun doing it. Less complicated than bigger graphic programs, this is an awesome program to have. Good support from Jeff, the developer, too. Added bonus! I am hooked on You Doodle❣️

YouDoodlePro is very very well featured, and furthermore, every one of the features works exactly how I want/expect them too, with the one slight exception being the paint bucket tool, it acts a little funny sometimes when trying to pick a color with the dropper & then use it with the bucket, it'll either remove the actual image where the color is that im trying to fill in, or sometimes it will fill the area, but with a completely different color than that which I selected lol but its definitely not a big deal at all, it'll will usually straighten itself out after messing with it for a second. But other than that, I havent found any other problems anywhere within YouDoodlePro .

I have used You Doodle on and off for maybe 4 years. I only bought the Pro version a few weeks ago, but it’s worth it. Although you can unlock all features by watching videos or getting free version, I think it’s worth supporting the creator and getting rid of ads. When I got the Pro app, all my sketchbook pictures, settings and selected colors transferred over.
Although this isn’t artificial intelligence (AI) photoshop, it’s better then the built in iOS photo editing. Highly recommend this, whether free of paid.

YouDoodlePro is probably the best photo editor on YouDoodlePro Store 😁, but on my iPhone I just found out how to make the background blank (no background). 😕Every time I try to do this the background turns black instead of grey and white pixels. I’m not 100% sure why this is but it might have something to do with the color icon above the color wheel icon. 🤔Why is there two color icons when the only thing that happens with the one above the color wheel is it turns the screen to a blue color? Other than this background issue this is a really good app. Please fix this issue!😀

YouDoodlePro has been my go-to design app for years. Since I'm more of a copy person, it's great to be able to add quick and easy design elements to give my designers an idea of what I'm actually looking for on their end. It's also a great way to jazz up social media posts, learn the basic elements of more complex design tools, and create stickers for various promotions. It integrates with just about any other media or photo app you need. If you need an intuitive app with a lot of options under the hood, check this out.

I’ve had YouDoodlePro for about five years now, I bought the full version the second day. and it is still my go-to app. I use it almost daily. I’m continually impressed with the continuous updates. Jeff isn’t sitting around resting on his laurels. I also love the fact that he doesn’t nickel and dime you by charging for ‘upgrades’ with every update. A while back I actually bought a second copy of YouDoodlePro just to send a little extra love his way. This is a solid app and a great buy. Buy it! Now

I have been using the plus version of you doodle since 2017 and being tired of the countless ads in the plus version I decided to purchase this version and boy was this a great investment. I mainly use you doodle to design NFL team jerseys and as a font sandbox for the countless fonts I find online. The reason why I love YouDoodlePro so much is it’s real easy to use and it’s very user friendly for iPhone users though I recommend using YouDoodlePro on an iPad as you have a bigger screen to work on. Keep up the good work!
