Unbelievably bad

Considering the amount of reviews (without developer responses) this product has that tell how people have to use this because of their employers using it, you’d think this app would be capable of doing the most barebones basic functions such as syncing with apple health. This app is atrocious at tracking data, it doesn’t automatically sync, I usually have to open and close the health app and this app and connect and disconnect the app and things like that multiple times in order to get this to just log steps, it’s impressively bad and been that way for an unreasonable amount of time. And lately I can’t get it to sync at all. What an embarrassment. I’ll be recommending that my employer move away from this program.
Must open app to get steps to the sync

My problem with this app is that it appears that data from Apple Health is not loaded into Wellworks unless you open the app. So I’m forced to open the app to allow my steps to be loaded into Wellworks every so often and its not entirely clear to me how long this sync takes and I don’t feel confident that my data is getting loaded properly. I shouldn’t have to open the app for the sync to happen. If I do then give me a button or list the date of the last sync so I can tell if my data is up to date. I find myself constantly double checking the data Wellworks has since I have to rely on this app to reduce my insurance premium.
Terrible integration and outdated website

Started using this for work. Initially, it worked okay–ish as long as I was using my Fitbit. Fitbit died, got an Amazfit. Zero support, which I expected but was okay with because the website had multiple options for apps that WOULD interact with Amazfit and get the data to this app. …except most of them are no longer supported or available and haven’t been for YEARS.
Wellworks needs to update their app to actual interface with a modern app environment.
Also, the latest update decided I was actually Dutch, despite my picking “English” at the login screen. So I guess I have to learn Dutch to use this buggy, outdated app.
