I downloaded this app because I want in depth coverage of my favorite team throughout the year. There really is no “offseason” in the NFL anymore but I do realize groundbreaking news and developments are less frequent during that time. However, the team is now into training camp and preseason games and I see no updates in the media availability... are you telling me there haven’t been in press conferences since OTAs, because that’s the last one that’s on this app!! This app should be the most up to date and in depth place for Dolphins news and activity!!!! Why am I having to go to social media outlets and NFL sites and sift through all 32 teams to find more current info??? Where are the highlights from training camp and the first preseason game??

Where do you start with so many problems and glitches!! Constant loading issues, constant log in problems, never tracks correct point gains, poor seemless activity within app between areas, audio problems, poor layouts, and hard to navigate. Problem after problem!! How can you shove all this hoopla to fans about an update and new and improved and awesome, when in actuality you've miserably failed with this update?!? Where's the testing?? Where's the polling of Dolphans that have basic app needs or suggestions for a great app experience?!? Very poor rush job to get app out for new season!! Very disappointing!!

I bought this app thinking that it would give me discounts at the hardrock stadium. The food menus at the stadium advertise discounted prices if you’re an app member. However, after downloading, joining the app and adding my card to the app, there was no difference in the regular price. I mentioned this to the workers and they still had no idea why this happened. It’s a waste of time and effort. I’m extremely disappointed in the hard rock service overall. I would recommend to eat and drink before visiting this expensive stadium.
