I lost all of my ebooks on the apps

I’ve been using this apps for years and spent tons of money in buying ebooks there. However, after my latest update, I can’t log into my account; I lost all of my ebooks and I can’t find any support to send in questions. Can someone tell me what happened?
Crashes so often...

Very clean and user-friendly. However, it started to crash so often when I started using it on my new iPad a few days ago (all other apps were fine on my iPad). Also noticed that using this app drains the battery so quickly. Would be wonderful if it can allow the screen to auto lock after a few minutes when not using, just like other reading apps.
Nice reading experience. BUT inconvenient

I have used this app for reading six books. I was very pleased at the beginning regarding to everything about this software. But recently whenever I opened it, it has to just to the douban original works section, instead of the book page I recently read. It was not like this before. I don’t oppose for original book written by douban user, instead I sometimes read couple of pages. However, it was really not my expectation for this app. Douban can go with it, and I believe it will help for improving the community, but I hope in the later version, I can have a choice.
