It's happening again!!! You must have a new delivery person. The newspaper is being thrown into my ORCHID bed. DO NOT THROW THE NEWSPAPER INTO MY ORCHID BED!!!!
We are having two kinds of trouble with our delivery here in Mililani Mauka. We have been missing a regular delivery person to our house in Mauka and its been like this for awhile. we often miss deliveries and try to call but have to wait an awful long time to report our paper missing. Also, the deliver person is running over our grass, leaving a muddy trail and flat grass. Our plastic divider by the grass near our mailbox has also been broken and the driver is flattening our grass when they swerve up to but the newpaper in out box below the mailbox. please ask them to stop doing that because our plastic is already broken and the grass won't grow.

This morning i reported not receiving my newspaper @98-1858 Hapaki Street, Aiea. However, as I prepared to leave my garage, I found that the newspaper was delivered, but had slid under the barely opened garage door. My delivery person generally tries to toss the paper to my garage door, which is under the roof overhang, to keep my paper dry (even though it is wrapped in a bag. I don't usually keep my garage door open at night, but must have forgotten to close it. I really do appreciate my delivery person and want to apologize for the inconvenience of delivering a second copy, but most of all I wanted to be sure that the erroneous missed delivery would be removed from their report.
Did not receive delivery this morning, 2/26/24 Address, 718 Hahaione would like to receive a copy of today's paper tomorrow. Thank you.
I can't log in to my Star Avertiser Website. Keeps on informing me to enter my E-mail account but states that it is not valid. I want to start over to enter my E-mail address and Password. Call or send me an E-mail. Stanley Hanakawa
I have made numerous complaints about my newspaper not being put in my paper bin. The carrier apparently doesn’t care where the paper lands once she throws it. It’s usually on the sidewalk and not the same area all the time, on the road, and I have to hunt for my paper in the morning. I walk every morning and I have even seen the paper in the middle of the road and sidewalks. I would appreciate my paper in the paper bin!

I have been a print subscriber for over thirty years through a couple of mergers and accessed the digital edition since it became available. The print edition is okay given the state of the industry but the digital edition seems a second thought as most stories are hours old and updates are well after other news outlets have posted the information. Also the Question/Poll of the day no longer works as the link is bad. I noticed that the number of people responding has dropped by several hundred each day so other readers have had the same problem I ran into.
Since my original post the digital edition has gotten worse as the non-print Saturday digital edition is difficult to navigate, riddled with typos, and a challenge to read comfortably. This Saturday I was unable to access the e-edition as I was told I am not a subscriber (I am) and today was told I cannot answer the daily poll question.
The print edition gets thinner by the week and the newspaper’s app is doing poorly on the technological front. I have gone to other online sources for local news and don’t see a bright future for the print edition. Sad times.

I am a new print and digital subscriber, and this is the worst newspaper app I’ve tried yet. I love getting the print paper the old fashioned way, but I want access on my electronic devices, too. DOES NOT WORK. Seriously, it makes me log in every single time and now it won’t recognize my subscription as valid — even though I double-/ triple-checked that I’d signed in properly. This is anti-marketing. It frustrates me and makes me think a subscription is not worthwhile. Don’t put a bad app out there — it makes me want to cancel the subscription altogether. This is June 26th. See whether anything changes and when.

The app is great, however, please stop the audio ads. I often use the app in settings where a sudden sound or noise is either disruptive, annoying, or embarrassing to the people around me. Remembering to turn the volume down every time I want to use the app and then remembering to turn the volume back up afterwards is impractical and inconvenient. I don’t mind the other ads that appear in the app. It’s the audio ads that are a real nuisance.
