I have contacted tv & satellite a number of times via telephone email and actually written a letter and yet no one has contacted me so this is your last chance to contact me before I make an official complaint to the ombudsman I should inform you that emailing me is pointless as my email is down at present so you can contact me via phone on 01423567470 of by letter my problem with tv & satellite is that I paid a 2 year subscription in March 2022 and have yet to receive a tv & satellite magazine connected to my subscription as I have had to obtain the magazine from my local asda store since the first week in March and because of this I want my subscription returned to me in full by the 23rd March other wise I will have no alternative but to contact the ombudsman to assist me in getting my subscription returned, yours Sincerely Alan Bernstone 56 Dene Park Harrogate HG1 4JY
