Magazine due with me on Tuesday and it's Friday and we have had our post and still not received & Programmes start tomorrow?? Have wasted time this morning on 2 phone calls to their customer service and online 'chat' all designed to make you give up - Just cancelled direct debit - Rubbish admin.
Have just wasted another hour on their website and call centre - Should have got my magazine on Tuesday but still nothing and have had our post today (FRIDAY). Called them and they blamed the post office for non delivery. They said they would extend subscription for a week and gave me a link to their website where I could use the code that they also gave me -link does not work so could not use Code. Tried a 'Chat' on their website - waste of time - phoned them again and explained all this was told they do not do the free copy any more. Just cancelled my direct debit (Last time I made the mistake of telling them I would cancel a the end of my then current subscription and they cancelled it straight away and I lost 6 copies that I had paid for - good magazine but not worth the time and effort
