Will not open Excel 2016 files, takes an extremely long time (5 minutes or more) to open an excel 2010 file with only 5 entries in it. Support was nonexistent (I sent a sample file - they responded "it works", but it doesn't). I paid for this to support the developer, wish I'd stuck with the free version.

By the time I played around with this thing trying multiple methods to get the files to show up on my phone, I could have entered all the info myself. Waste of time.

"Do you need to recover your data?" After it deleted all my events, this AD showed on the top. It is not funny.
