Date and Time Calculator Reviews

DateandTimeCalculator seems awesome, but after the first three times I tried to open it the obtrusive ads at startup lost me. I’m fine if you want to include some ads (everyone needs to make money), but let me get to DateandTimeCalculator . When I can’t even find a ‘x’ button on some ads and have to force quit DateandTimeCalculator just to get out of it, I’m done. I’d be happy to try it again when the ads are less obtrusive and it doesn’t take more time to navigate ads than I’ll spend actually using DateandTimeCalculator .

This used to be a great app. I would use it for my job all the time but recently the ads have been making it difficult to use. As soon as I log into DateandTimeCalculator I am presented with an ad and half the time there is no way to close the ad to get to the actual app. I try closing DateandTimeCalculator completely and even restarting my phone but that works only 10% of the time. I am willing to pay to use DateandTimeCalculator because it is so useful for me but I can't pay if I can't get to the actual app. I hope this is something the developers can fix.

This is a review for the free version
As with most free apps, this seems to have a heavy ad load which slows down the loading and sometimes stops it all together. When you need an app like this, you don’t wanna wait through 10 minutes worth of ad loading. Full screen, animated ads take a lot of network capacity to load and ultimately cost you money. If you are on a mobile network wish they would pair this down to something reasonable. otherwise good app does what it says it will do

DateandTimeCalculator works well enough on iPhone, but you can’t use it on an iPad because the ad that opens upon startup doesn’t display properly and the button to close the ad is not rendered on the screen… so you’re stuck just looking at the ad! Seems like a fairly obvious oversight that should be easy to fix, but in the meantime DateandTimeCalculator is crippled on iPads. It didn’t use to be a problem… I’m not sure when this problem crept into DateandTimeCalculator .

In one of the later versions the expand and contract arrow for the Date tab stopped working properly. When I do an expand down to revel the different time options (ie. number of months, number of days, number of hours, number of seconds etc.) DateandTimeCalculator will not collapse back to the wheel calculator when the contract arrow is tapped. DateandTimeCalculator locks in the down configuration. I have to close DateandTimeCalculator and reopen it to reset the date tab so the wheel calculator appears again. Please fix! Thanks!

Have previously given 5 stars. Latest update makes users update the date and time separately when using the Date Time calculator. This makes it more difficult to use, especially because clicking ‘now’ doesn’t update the date entry, one needs to use the ‘today’ button. I cannot see how this is helpful since it requires more steps to get the same result. PLUS, it pushes all of the time duration content so far down that one must scroll! Thumbs down! 3 stars now!

I would like the option to change the time setting from 12 hour to 24 hour within DateandTimeCalculator without having to change my phone settings. In addition when you have DateandTimeCalculator open display the 24 hour on the upper left side corner underneath the time displayed on the phone. Otherwise DateandTimeCalculator is good it has easy functionality.

Works well and has a lot of useful features so it was very surprising to find that a basic feature to show how many weekdays are in a date range, is missing.

If there was “color” to point out results it would be easier to read. That said, it still is a well developed app that is very useful.

But everytime I count it out myself your app always seems to be a day off from recording. I'm an aspiring author and when it comes to keeping track of ages and dates it's very helpful.

It seems like someone forgot May has 31 days not 30 in its in the learning rhyme because when it comes to calculating is a day too early you need to because I'm pretty sure someone forgot that May, July, August, October, and December have 31 days total and whatever is causing it to glitch needs to be fixed because it's at least a day off.

When I started writing this review I was aware I don't count very well but now I'm counting correctly and the Problem is occurring somehow it's off in its off by a day when it comes to June 1st. Please fix this before it causes others more stress

Works pretty well but watch out for the really shady ads that pop-up full screen when starting DateandTimeCalculator . Out of the developers control these days about which ads make it to your screen.

Works good. Be careful about interpreting, or leaving on, the “include to date” option switch. Really wish there was days/time remaining field shown in results when end date is in the future; kind of a countdown style answer.

Overall is good and usable when Windows Calculator is not available since it to have date mode, but not as good as DateandTimeCalculator.

I like DateandTimeCalculator. Very nice and I just bought pro version thinking that I am getting for life but it was for 6 months only.. how disappointing!! It should have been mentioned.. why hide information.. I would gladly pay even higher if it was mentioned and worthwhile for permanent ( not yearly) .. lots of similar quality is out there.. beware of cheaters..

Been looking for an app to project how many days from one date to the future one and this works well! I use it all the time to calculate future credit limit increases with credit cards and it helps wonderfully.

I was looking for a calculator that could do date and time calculations with ease and DateandTimeCalculator is perfect for what I was looking for. I always liked the Microsoft Windows calculator with the date calculator function but never could find it on an app but DateandTimeCalculator fills that gap and is very useful.

I have uploaded DateandTimeCalculator 3 times. For 8 years I used this great app to track appt dates. Then, something changed and I had to upload DateandTimeCalculator again recently. As soon as I did, I continued to get bombarded with ads, to the point where I cannot even get to the actual app in order to use it. I feel extremely unfortunate, as I came to depend on the once great tool to help keep me organized, only to have all of the positives overshadowed by the recent inability to even be able to use it. Did anyone else experience this?

Just an update since this last review: The ads are still very frequent, but recently I have noticed the X is now showing up on the ads most of the time, so that I can delete the ads. Seems to be a work in progress, so I’ll give this 2 stars and see how it goes.

Super beneficial application for everyone, at some situations you’ll need to find out and/or confirm the number of available vacation days, or for how long have you been working with your current employer… etc. Big thanks to the developers of such a great app!

They added new tabs and new lines to the “date/time” function. It is redundant and ugly. DateandTimeCalculator was a 4-5 before the update.

The new update also added commercials. Now you are forced to look at an advertisement every time you open DateandTimeCalculator .

Weeks, Hours, etc. simply.
Calculate down to the second, or forget about time if you’re only interested in working with full days and dates.
Intuitive interface, so there’s not much of a learning curve to navigate.
Thanks to the devs for keeping us end users in mind when developing the interface.

I found this program to track how long I have been sober when I quit drinking alcohol on October 25, 2023. It’s proven to be the perfect, simple tool to keep track of my progress! I just update the latest date every morning and see how far I have come. It’s been very helpful and rewarding.

Very helpful. Especially with calculating with time. Now if only you could edit from the days, mins or even the other functions to calculate. For example you want to know 90 days from today, instead of guessing and adjusting the days you can put 90 days and it just tells you the date. Or 85 mins from now, etc.

Such a simple concept, yet surprising how hard it is to find a date calculator. Nice to have a dedicated app instead of having to go on the internet each time I want to make a calculation.

One suggestion— maybe include a check mark to add and subtract business days (weekdays) only, vs. all days. The ability to toggle back & forth would be nice. Thanks.
