- No way to physically adjust the pieces of the kit

- Classic set is gone after update

- Modern sounded like cr*p

I download a new preset kit, open it with the app, and it’s fine. But after I refresh my app tabs, open real drum again, the screen’s just black and it wouldn’t load.

Well i had accidentally deleted the app lost every single kit thats alot of downloading to do over. Should have a sign in to prevent this. But i tap to download screen pauses for 3 seconds and kits out to the current kit. Tried clearing caches and shit like that nothing works

I’m trying to download Neon Drum Set on REAL DRUM but every time I try it says download failed, I don’t know what the cause of this problem is, if anyone knows a fix to this problem, feel free to let me know

How to fix Real Drum app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Real Drum app on iPhone
Update Real Drum app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Real Drum iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Real Drum on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Real Drum network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Real Drum Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Real Drum not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Real Drum App
1. On android, goto Settings » Real Drum » click [Force Stop]

Update Real Drum to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Real Drum App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Real Drum » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Real Drum.

Fix Real Drum unable to contact server/ Real Drum internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Real Drum » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Real Drum » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Real Drum
