I was very excited to find that all my favorite shows and movies I grew up watching are finally in a streaming app. I did notice that I can view the English subtitles WAY better when streaming on my computer browser. The font was bigger and there was a gray shadow behind the text so viewing subtitles while watching on my computer was great. However, when streaming on my phone through the app, there are no English subtitles at all? Even after redownloading the app. There are no subtitles…Then when streaming the app on any television, the English subtitles are in very small white font, very hard to read, and there’s not that extra gray shadow behind the texts to make it easier to read subtitles. Wanted to see if there were going to be any updates or improvements in the works in regards to the presentation of English subtitles for streaming on television and on phone?

This past month I haven’t been able to use the app on my TV because whenever I play a show it would kick me out of the app. So I tried casting through my phone for a bit and it worked fine but doesn’t show subtitles. Then now today I can’t watch on the app on any of my devices and does not load or show anything. Please fix this app. It’s getting expensive to pay for subscription and for some other shows you have to pay extra. Not worth the money to keep paying if you have to buy extra. It’s greedy.

Apps is not working well. Every episodes and every show the I watched the screen will freeze and will not allow me to get to the next episode or to the other show without installing and reinstalling the apps. So annoying doing it to every shows that I want to watch! I tried to all my devices and same problem occur. Only I want TFC apps that is acting up. Been like this since last week. So annoying! I have someone check if the problem caused by my devices. Apparently, its the apps! When will this be fixed?
