WolframAlpha Reviews

I realize that this is not the full this app app and that you can view sample items or ask Apple’s “Siri” specific questions, but it hasn’t been that great of an app. In my experience, the sample information that you view from opening WolframAlpha is good, but every time I click Siri’s link to the Viewer app, it crashes. I’ve tried again multiple times, but the only information I can get from WolframAlpha is the sample information. I realize that some of the other reviews do say that it works well, so I would encourage you to at least try it out.

This is just an outpost for you to get a taste of WolframAlpha . It is just an ad in a app. It shows you premade stuff then can be accessed with Siri. It has the same UI as the full version, but you can ask the same query to Siri, and get more freedom of customization. This does not even enhance the experience for Siri just an ad in an app. I'm only giving it 2 stars because of Wolframs hard work. I mean it's trying, but you can just give an actual free version like in the internet version, not just a unusable ad of an app.

What a ridiculous app. Why would anybody put their name on this? It seems to be totally useless. There are no directions for how to even use it, what it is, to what is it supposed to do. All I know is nobody here likes it but I don’t even pretend to know what it supposed to do. I asked Siri she doesn’t know what it does. Why? Because it does nothing. I’d hate to have wasted $ for a $2.99 version. It does nothing. I just like don’t like wasting my time so that’s just as bad.

If you want to buy WolframAlpha because of Siri, I would like to suggest you to stay away from WolframAlpha if you don’t want to hate Siri / 🍎. Also, just like every other reviews it’s not that very good of an app itself. And in my own humble opinion this is not a very good marketing strategy to used Siri as an Ad tool. Because in the mindset of consumer Siri is like intangible Brand Ambassador of I devices 🍎. It could have a bad impact on Brand itself. Sorry about the honest harsh review.

I haven't been going through WolframAlpha but if you ask Siri to graph something it'll pop up a picture from WolframAlpha and you can click on it and if you all the details

I can’t believe this is the direction Apple developers want to take Siri in. ALL the information asked is available via the web free of charge. To ask people to pay for an app for the same information is an insult and just greedy. Please abandon this idea of pimping out Siri to sell apps. NOT what I paid $1,400 for with my X. I want answers and complete answers, quickly, and INCLUDED. So again, thanks for nothing, Siri (Apple).

WA products are only good when they are free. Once you pay for the Premium version you notice there’s nothing there to justify your spending. They make you believe that if you pay you can use pro features but then they “switch” and ask you for even more money.

Ok so I asked a specific question to Siri and it led me to WolframAlpha. I decided to give it a try even after reading all of the horrible reviews and now I know why it’s horrible. WolframAlpha is honestly just confusing to use.

downloaded it because Siri referenced it, this was the first one to come up. o my to find out that after i would have to get the paid version of WolframAlpha to use it. this one ONLY has fixed examples. completely useless lol

I love WolframAlpha. I’m doing a project for school and this is super helpful. I will always use this when I need it.

I just can’t it’s really creepy I hit don’t share location and I got on maps to make sure it’s not a scam and it can access you phone and it had my location even though I hit no it can’t access my location. THAT SCECHY!

I downloaded this because that’s what Siri showed when I asked for planes overhead but I am confused as to why the map shows north and south in the correct position but east and west are swapped. Very confusing.

Siri didn’t know but WolframAlpha did

I can’t search anything up, it is super confusing. I wanted to give it a try despite the reviews, but everyone else was right. Do not get WolframAlpha. It is a complete waste of time. Just use Siri.

Whenever I saw the ratings I thought this was going to be trash and it was trash. I didn’t even see what I asked for. I didn’t even like anything that was there. I wish I never downloaded WolframAlpha.

And Siri gave me WolframAlpha as an answer and I don't think it's the right answer.

Suppose to show a more detailed view from Siri but app just crashes when using Siri to search for something.

Downloaded as it supposedly offers more detail on the answers given via Siri but every time I tap the Siri link the attempt to launch WolframAlpha fails. iPhone X, iOS 12, 🤬

So WolframAlpha is completely useless, I did not purchase anything after that, however it want you to buy the “full version“ thanks Apple for whoring out Siri and making her completely useless now. Now I know if I asked Siri anything show show me an ad to buy something. It’s not as though ad tracking and hacking is how much coincided you’re feeding the fire of my ram being all Used up as we speak… Thanks for absolutely nothing!

Whenever I ask Siri a question and Wolfram Alpha pops up I want to click it and the second I click it, it crashes. I suggest you try WolframAlpha and see if it works for you and if it is useful. It wasn't really helpful for me so I ended up deleting it the second I saw I crash thinking that it was trash.

WolframAlpha shows how the main app operate. If you have the intension to buy the full app an want a review then you can download WolframAlpha. Otherwise it is not for you.

I downloaded WolframAlpha and I was so disappointed. I would rather give no stars because WolframAlpha scammed my sister and father.

I maybe would have upgraded if I could use the demo version. A search bar would be nice.
