1 year agoI have an unauthorized charge on my MeinRad account dated August 11/2022. I live in Canada, and I have not rented a bicycle from you for nearly two months. In fact, the last time that I tried to rent a bike, your app. asked for a local phone, which I do not have, nor ever filed with you. Please reverse the charge, and cancel my account.
