How to fix Anghami app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Anghami app on iPhone
Update Anghami app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Anghami iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Anghami on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Anghami network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Anghami Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Anghami not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Anghami App
1. On android, goto Settings » Anghami » click [Force Stop]

Update Anghami to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Anghami App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Anghami » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Anghami.

Fix Anghami unable to contact server/ Anghami internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Anghami » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Anghami » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
