  If only there was a zero stars rating available

  This app has been faulty for well over a 2 years. Scheduled time is 1hr off, schedule on the app for 2:30 and the store gets 1:30. How hard can it be for a company like Tires Plus to put a little investment in their app to correct the time! I’ve selected times that show open, only to get a call from the store that the time isn’t available. Maintenance records aren’t retained. Garbage app. You would thing Bridgestone would invest a little money in an app that works.

  Used to be good, not anymore

  I’ve been a Tires Plus customer for years and always used the app for coupons but more important, to track and look up service history. All of the sudden, that feature doesn’t show up. I also used it for tax purposes at the end of the year. The app says check your history page but nothing to click on nor is there any option for it. I don’t need the app since I get mailings on specials, so why have it anymore. I am so disappointed.

  Service History

  I want to be able to export my service History but the app does not have the capability. The app needs to have this capability so all users can have their own service history exported and save to an external source. Overall the app lacks in usability since it hovers under 2.5 stars. You would think the developer would focus on this and make improvements to aid users. Until improvements are made based on feedback the app is just so-so

  Misses the mark.....

  Wouldn’t it be nice to have a Tires Plus / Firestone app on your cellular phone that would allow you to pay your monthly bill instead of having to use a website? The name of the game is making life easier, guys....

  Opens a web page

  Wanted to look at different possible tires that you can get for a truck. App has me select a vehicle in the app then opens a web page outside of the app which it has me use to search the tires. Might as well have just used web browser from the beginning.

  Vehicle Model Not Available

  App makes me add a vehicle, but once I select the model an error returns that the vehicle information cannot be retrieved. Most functions within the app require the vehicle to be added. So the app is useless for me. Too bad, I wanted to at least keep my vehicle maintenance record in it

  Won’t even load listing for cars

  This app has great options but if the adding your car feature does not work kind of makes everything else moot.

  I expected more

  The service history lookup doesn't work, they don't let you customize data entry very much. Lots of room for improvement and addition of detailed services, etc.

  I had 20 years of car history now I can’t find it!! Where is it? There is no history tab 😡😡😡

  Apparently no one manages the app or web site. Unable to schedule appts, store locator takes time . Just take the app down since it doesn’t serve your customers!

  the function that allows you to schedule an appointment doesn’t work at all. very poor design. fix the app!

  No use for this version

  Great job on that update. You threw out all my existing information for my car and no mileage recorder now. No reason for me to keep this app. Buh bye.

  Can’t pay your credit card bill in the app. Still have to use cfna website. No use for me.

  Can’t choose vehicle

  Trying to input 2006 Chrysler Town and Country and it doesn’t let me advance to the next screen!! Can’t see my service records. FIX ASAP!!
