The da is never correct, the button texts are never correct, for instance, click on either programs or results, I have a suggestion: make the Today, Yestrday &
tomorrow buttons permanent, instead if creating the text on the fly,If you try to find a program, they only seem to be available under certain conditions, like for today(Friday 7/20 it displayed a program only having 10 runners when I know the field had 13 horses. You have some serious querry problems, hire me Ill fix it all for you very quickly. And above all: test your programming. looks like work of amature(Ibamacare Web programmers).
your data cant be trusted, I’ll spread the word better to bet Belmont or SA whe it opens again their apps work correctly.

I tried to buy tix for Saturday 7/28 and they are between $10-$37 according to DelMarThoroughbredClub but the drop down doesn’t show any monetary value. Sad

I was excited to try DelMarThoroughbredClub because of the long lines for betting on opening day. I went through the hassle of signing up at the track and while DelMarThoroughbredClub worked at the sign up station an hour prior to the first post, I was unable to place bets during the day. I was either sitting in an area where the Wi-fi was not available or I could not log in because the system was overloaded. I spent 15 minutes waiting for it to load 1 time and other times I just gave up as it sucked the juice from my phone. Again great idea but in practice failed miserably.

I’ve been a diamond member for years I just open my app up and it says enter your email address to verify and then check your email for a pin number so I do that and I come back to DelMarThoroughbredClub and there’s no place to enter the pin number🤷‍♂️

Took the time to write an extensive review and my initial nickname was taken so my review just disappeared when prompted by the duplicate nickname -- not cool. Updated today as I was going to Opening Day for the first time in forever -- color me disappointed -- DelMarThoroughbredClub was useless on track. Most all features failed to load or froze. Connection issues I gather. Would be great to have a robust WiFi system for, let's say, Diamond Club members. Though once home I was unable to verify my Diamond Club card even though I entered my first/last name as it's listed on the actual DC card. Hopefully things improve.

DelMarThoroughbredClub has been updated since last year and it's only gotten worse. It's still not a native app experience, but merely a wrapper for their website. Secondly, it user experience is plain bad—when in the wagering section of DelMarThoroughbredClub , don't you dare hit the "Back" button in the top left or you'll be forced to go through the login process again. And then their WIFI access points are overloaded and "pages" on DelMarThoroughbredClub don't load half the time, this is a terrible, terrible thing. DelMarThoroughbredClub caused me to miss placing bets on two races, and I ended up using the kiosks the rest of the time. DelMarThoroughbredClub is an exercise in frustration.

Additionally, it will cause your GPS radio to stay turned on even when DelMarThoroughbredClub is closed—kiss your battery life goodbye unless you go to Settings / Privacy / Location Services and turn it off for DelMarThoroughbredClub when not in use.

…when the necessary DMTC wifi is unreliable! “No Internet connection” during the entire race day…so, was unable to bet from DelMarThoroughbredClub . Worthless.

Useful information, but DelMarThoroughbredClub is quite a battery-sucker. Location services does not turn off even when you quite DelMarThoroughbredClub -- I know it's just a programming bug that will be finished in the next revision, but for the 2012 season you'd better bring your charger with you… beware!!

Also, on-site wagering can get overloaded quite quickly so you should probably be near a betting window just in case.

I live in TN not CA but downloaded every horse racing app I could find. Thought I was gonna like this one esp since it had a daily picks feature written by a guy who got it right yesterday. But now nothing in DelMarThoroughbredClub will load up at the home screen. I deleted & reinstalled but still does not work. Also as others have said, I noticed it used my location at all times.

DelMarThoroughbredClub offers some great info about the track. It has short comings:
1) The Location Services can't be turned off within DelMarThoroughbredClub (setting is there, doesn't work), only through the iOS Settings/Location Services.

2) When Location Services is on, it does not stop using the service when DelMarThoroughbredClub is killed, draining the battery.

3) The track's tote system vendor SportTech/SciGames/AutoTote has developed a web site that is nice looking but is awkward to use. The betting process is antiquated and requires several page loads to place the bet. I have used United Tote's FastBet Mobile at Arlington Park and Keeneland and the process is much faster, especially on low bandwidth, high latency wifi connections.

4) The onsite WiFi is required to bet, coverage is really poor, generating more frustration waiting for the page to load.

5) The track has improved the account creation process but the cash deposit process at the self service terminals is crazy slow. You have to enter your PIN for every single bill inserted. The Mutuels person suggested I just buy a voucher and then use the voucher for the deposit. :/

WARNING.. Uses battery even if it's not loaded!! Even when pulled out of memory, this program keeps location services ON which just eats your battery. I have no other App that does this. Even the iphone/ipad map and 'find my device' don't run location services constantly. YOU MUST go to Location Services in settings and turn it OFF for this program. Turn it back on at the track of course. Developers... Please fix this. Otherwise, it's a very nice program with LIVE video feed.

DelMarThoroughbredClub allows you to buy tickets and check the live status of the races as well as to see a real time video feed of the racetrack. You never have to leave your seat or deal with crowds in order to place a bet or check race times and status.

I love DelMarThoroughbredClub wish I didn't have to come in the building each time I wanted to place a bet due to a weak Wi Fi signal. I'm sure it will get better soon. Thanks for this great App

Love using this at the track. Only issues have been the connection at the track. I have heard along the grapevine that it should be vastly improved for the 2014 season. Looking forward to winning some money without leaving my seat.

Not sure what some people are complaining about. The new updates have seriously improved the user experience (for me anyway) and it really does look nice. I've seen nothing but improvements and would highly recommend.
